    Do not like the knob placement on the cooktop; however it works . Just not attractive

    Works fine, really chose this one for the downstate so we would be able to go without a hood.

  • Cooks well - glass top faulty. Would not buy again

    Best Buy installed cooktop in March 2020. The heating elements seem efficient and I especially like the power boil. However I am extremely disappointed with the glass top. It arrived looking shiny but after a few days’ use the glass started discoloring. I followed all the instructions re use and cleaning but nothing has removed the discoloration. In April I called Customer Service for advice but all I was told was exactly what I had tried per the manual. There is no raised surface to the touch and the hazy marks just cannot be removed. Very upset - looks really bad.
