PRO: We went back to a Top Loader from the Front Loader that we didn't care for after the newness wore off. So far so good, large capacity, easy to understand controls and options, adjustable functions even within the "preset" load types. We do not use any of the online connections or features. Made in the USA. CON: Really dropped the ball on the drain hose - it is short. After you get the washer unpacked and prepared for install, while reviewing the installation instructions they mention that if the drain hose isn't long enough to ORDER the extension tube kit. You have to unpack the washer to get this information. The drain hoses on our last 4 washers were long enough for our standard drain application but not this one. Ok, not a big deal unless you wanted to use the washer the same day you receive it. Seems like a good machine, stable during spin cycle, quiet, doesn't take an hour to run a normal wash load.

This washer cleans clothes so good. I absolutely love, only downside is it is loud when washing.

HUGE. That's the best description of its capacity. I can easily put a basket full of clothes in it, with room to spare. It's not exactly quiet, but the volume of operating is quite acceptable to me. Most important, it cleans really well.

This washer is awesome - very intuitive to use and if you are a person of short stature like myself (5'5")...do not worry about being able to reach stuff - I have not had to grab a pair of thong to reach stuff! I love the fact that everything just requires a soft touch to change settings. It also looks rally sleek which is wonderful since we have this tucked in a space with no closet doors. The smart app is ncie too as it always reminds me when I have left clothes in there. lol. The size is perfect - and we have a family of 5 which includes an 8 year old who still does several outfit changes throughout the day as if she were living in Downton Abbey. We do A LOT of laundry. And the towels - OMG being able to do a large load of towels without having to worry about them not being spun enough - let's just say we will NEVER go back to a front load. I may love this machine more than my partner....well not really....just on laundry days maybe?

Love my new washing machine. It has plenty of room, I like that the app lets me know when the cycle is almost done. The writing/grovving on the soap dispenser drawer could be a little more visable, it's hard to see the words. Cleans my clothes much better than my old machine.

We’ve been really happy with this washer so far. It’s incredibly spacious and can fit tons of clothes, which is perfect for my family. The Smarter Wash Technology does a great job getting everything thoroughly clean, and it runs smoothly every time. My family loves it, it’s made laundry day so much easier!

After refusing to buy any more Maytag washers I decided on the GE Profile based on ratings. I love it so far. It is easy to use and very efficient. I need a larger capacity drum for bed spreads and blankets. So far I am very pleased.

I love everything about it! My first washer without the agitator and I am obsessed. I feel like my clothes come out even cleaner than before? It also holds a lot of clothes which is my fav because I have a cali king duvet cover I used to have to take to the laundromat to wash because it couldnt fit in my washing machine, now I dont have that problem!

So far so good with this washer. I purchased from bestbuy since they would install and take away my old washer that was broken. I did a lot of research on the available washers and I was really disappointed with the reviews and options available. I determined this was my best option and I am so happy I went with it! So far I haven’t had any issues, it washes really well. I was against getting a wifi washer but I do love the fact that I get a notification when the wash cycle is almost complete and if I forget - another reminder to take the clothes out! You are able to change the settings from the app which is nice as well. Overall, really happy with this washer and fingers crossed it lasts a while.

So far so good. No issues. Love the app so I can see when the load will be finished, easy to understand directions, updates of firmware right from my phone, and washer cleans and wrings the clothes wonderfully. Drying time has been cut way down with how little water is left after washing. If you read the instructions you will see that the water is not meant to fully cover the clothes. So if you peak inside and see them not submerged, this is normal. Clothes come out clean and you save water. I saw reviews that said the washer was loud but I don't think it's any louder than my old washer. There is locking and unlocking of the lid that's a loud click but that's about it. Spin cycle is quieter than my old one. Delivery was right on time and installation & delivery were friendly, efficient and professional. Thanks!

Love this washer. Cleans clothes sooooooo well. Idk if my washer previously just had declines slower over time and then quit. But I had a toddler white shirt, yes I know white and toddler but family pics, she got sauce and grease from tacos on it. I spot treated, washed and dryer twice. Stain still there. Didn’t spot treat washed and dried with this set and BOOM! first time completely clean! I am amazed. And it has plenty of room and I don’t have to use nearly as much laundry detergent! Win win win, BUY it. Again though Wi-Fi control is misleading as with dryer.

This top load GE washer is amazing. It has the capacity to wash bulky items especially bed comforters. It can wash huge loads of clothes and get them clean. The settings are too many to choose from and I'm amazed every time I discover a new setting and a different result. Very user friendly.

Product design simple and easy to operate. spacious tub allows for oversized bedding. However the machine is somewhat noisy when in operation. Good machine for purchase price.

Overall great machine. Cleans great and easy to use. Very loud though, so only 4 stars. Would be great for a basement or isolated laundry room.

I love it even though it is not as quiet as I would like but it cleans my clothes better than any other washer I have used either at home or the laundromat.

Washer seems to do a good job cleaning and is easy to use. My complaint is that is runs a little noisy and the only end of cycle signal is through your phone with an app. The machine makes a small noise when the load is done, but it is very quiet. I have checked with GE, there is no way to make the signal louder.

Very easy to work once I downloaded the instruction manual It is nice not having the middle agitator The quick wash feature is very handy Few clothes are really dirty Overall I think it a good investment My old kitchenaid lasts 25 years I doubt this one will but it should last as long as I need it

We have been using this for almost 2 months now and have no issues with it. We do at least one load per day. It is large enough for our (thinner) king size comforter to be washed, but I don't think that our thicker one would be able to. My husband is not a fan of no agitator but there have not been any real noticeable issues not having one.

I like the washing machine. It is top load and imperial. The auto-sensing system works great. The washer is quite loud compared to other washing machines but I am not worried about the sound. In the end, the clothes get cleaned.
