Works as it should. Says it self balances but i dont let it do that seems to knock for longer than if i could just readjust the load

Nice washer. However depending on your loads, it does not balance the load that well. But it does wash clothing fairly good. And it connects to wifi and will send notifications to your phone when load is 5 min from finishing and when finishing. And if you leave a load in the washer.

This washer is awesome - very intuitive to use and if you are a person of short stature like myself (5'5")...do not worry about being able to reach stuff - I have not had to grab a pair of thong to reach stuff! I love the fact that everything just requires a soft touch to change settings. It also looks rally sleek which is wonderful since we have this tucked in a space with no closet doors. The smart app is ncie too as it always reminds me when I have left clothes in there. lol. The size is perfect - and we have a family of 5 which includes an 8 year old who still does several outfit changes throughout the day as if she were living in Downton Abbey. We do A LOT of laundry. And the towels - OMG being able to do a large load of towels without having to worry about them not being spun enough - let's just say we will NEVER go back to a front load. I may love this machine more than my partner....well not really....just on laundry days maybe?

We’ve had this 3-1/2 years. I didn’t want/need the extras but more so the capacity. It has worked well. I do use the wifi app mostly for the clean washer mode. It does go off balance sometimes if I have a mix of heavy and light items to wash. But I have been happy. GE washers have been my best value over the years.

After refusing to buy any more Maytag washers I decided on the GE Profile based on ratings. I love it so far. It is easy to use and very efficient. I need a larger capacity drum for bed spreads and blankets. So far I am very pleased.

We Found this unit to be an excellent replacement's to a similar GE Washer that we had for over 10 Years. Fits perfectly and hope for another 10 + Years.

This is one of the better deal for the top load washer. After use of 2+ week using regular cloth and some big items, I am very satisfied with the wash. It washes all the cloths very nicely. Easy to setup different temperature and washing cycle. I would recommend for top load washer.

Been real happy with this. Didn’t appreciate how much easier it is to get clothes in and out of a top load, especially for people a little bit taller. Connecting with the app is easy enough and worth it. Large capacity. Cleans well. A little noisy.

Love it except that it is loud.my laundry area is by my kitchen and all the functions it has are so loud. Wish they made the motor quiet. Clothes come out clean. Easy to use.

The GE profile is huge. I have 5 people living in my house and we tend to go through a lot towels. The GE profile is able to throughly clean a big load of towels. Not only that, it has so many features that allows me to customize each load the way I want it washed. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that it sometimes get loud when washing a load, that is why I rated it a 4 star.

We’ve been really happy with this washer so far. It’s incredibly spacious and can fit tons of clothes, which is perfect for my family. The Smarter Wash Technology does a great job getting everything thoroughly clean, and it runs smoothly every time. My family loves it, it’s made laundry day so much easier!

Washer seems to do a good job cleaning and is easy to use. My complaint is that is runs a little noisy and the only end of cycle signal is through your phone with an app. The machine makes a small noise when the load is done, but it is very quiet. I have checked with GE, there is no way to make the signal louder.

8 months into owning this and very disappointed in my choice. I can deal with the noise. I hadn't expected a machine with very good reviews to require me to stand by, because it loses balance, causing massive banging and actual movement of the machine. This happens well over 60% of starting a load. Reality: You then have to stand there a good 2 minutes after shutting it down, for the door to unlock, so you can attempt to balance the clothes, which may or may not work. Best Buy installed it. I can't understand how engineers can dream up something so aggravating. Other than constant watching, the actual cleaning is acceptable. Missing my 20 year old reliable machine.

So far so good with this washer. I purchased from bestbuy since they would install and take away my old washer that was broken. I did a lot of research on the available washers and I was really disappointed with the reviews and options available. I determined this was my best option and I am so happy I went with it! So far I haven’t had any issues, it washes really well. I was against getting a wifi washer but I do love the fact that I get a notification when the wash cycle is almost complete and if I forget - another reminder to take the clothes out! You are able to change the settings from the app which is nice as well. Overall, really happy with this washer and fingers crossed it lasts a while.

First washer that was delivered ran one load and stopped working. Delivered a replacement the following week and this one was worked great. It’s definitely not the quietest washer out there (no concrete in base for anti-shake) but seems to clean the loads pretty well. Side note- if you purchase through BestBuy and use credit and it’s not their in-house credit card, you will not get any rewards points to your rewards account. I found this out the hard way. Spent $1500 on washer/dryer combo through their website and ended up getting 0 rewards points for the purchase. Just an FYI

The machine easy to use , works good . And my family loving it . Highly recommended.

So far a good washer, and bought the demo washer in stock. Easy in use, looks like a water conservator.

Quality made in USA appliance. Relatively easy to use. Does a great job on small and medium loads, but requires extra fill setting for large loads. Lack of aggetator has a bit of a learning curve in order to maximize cleaning of larger loads.

It's a bit loud. And need to make sure it's loaded evenly or it'll rock across the floor

This is a great set and works well but it is SO LOUD! I swear it sounds like a helicopter is getting ready to take off. Also, I ordered it online and didn’t know I needed to buy the install kit because the dryer didn’t have a plug included.
