The only negative thing that we have had happen is a huge comforter sometimes gets off balanced and it takes the unit a few times to balance but regular cloths and towels work flawlessly!

Not going to lie I was a little worried with how light it was out of the box but it puts in the work. Even with my blue collar husbands work clothes it cleans them good on the first wash! Love the different settings already presetted

Set up could have went smoother if we would have known exactly which electric cord was coming with the dryer. A 4 prong cord is what was sold with it and a 3 prong outlet is what was needed.

Samsung & LG washers seems to be the new thing and consumers are going crazy over. I wanted to stick with a brand with long standing experience and great reviews for the last couple decades. Almost a year in and still great. Only complain is it cannot take comforters - which I really wanted
