Another repeat value product... but the earlier one had circuit board problem... so had to replace with this one..

Love this washer so much!!! Easy to use, quiet, & efficient. Love that there’s an app to tell me when my laundry will be done and when it’s complete because let’s be. Honest, we all forgot about it after starting the washer.

I love this washer! The color is absolutely beautiful. There are multiple settings to clean your clothes and it cleans very well.

I did a lot of comparisons trying to find the best front load washer with the largest capacity for washing our comforters without choking down the drum. This washer has absolutely surpassed my expectations. It is not only big enough, but it has an awesome venting system that automatically cleans the washer after each use. I’m beyond thrilled with this purchase!!!!

Wow! I thought at first I was being ridiculous buying an expensive washer and dryer set, but I was wrong! I absolutely love this set. I am doing three times the laundry in a day that i used to do, and in a home of 5 that is life altering

I've had this machine for less than a week, and I'm already considering returning it. This machine is LOUD. My laundry room is on the 2nd floor, and when this thing is running, you can hear it throughout the house. There is some kind of motor that runs often during the cycles that are 10x louder than the Samsung I replaced. You can actually feel the vibration of the motor running on the floor on the opposite side of the house. When the spin portion of the cycle begins is when things really get interesting. The machine doesn't seem to be able to balance a load. I've only done a handful of loads ranging from 1/3rd full to completely stuffed. The machine did best with a fully stuffed load, but anything over medium spin would still cause objects to fall off the walls around the house. The Samsung this machine replaced would occasionally get out of balance, but never to the level of this machine. The problem can be somewhat helped by stopping the spin cycle and moving the load around, but that's a very inconvenient thing to do for every load, and even then, the imbalance is still severe compared to our previous machine and causes vibrations that are heard and felt through the home. I've never had a machine rattle the windows, but this one does it consistently. I went through the noise and vibration troubleshooting in the manual, but nothing fixed the issue. I think this may just be the way this particular machine operates. The load is very dry after the violent spin cycle, which lowers required time in the dryer, but it is almost unbearable to be in the house while the machine is running. We will likely be returning this machine and matching dryer, although the dryer seems to be fine. I don't think our house can handle the stresses of this machine.

I absolutely love my new matching, Blue washer and dryer. You put up to 50 oz. of laundry detergent in it and it automatically dispenses the proper amount of soap! I love that feature. It tells you when it’s getting low on detergent. It has a huge drum for extra large loads or quilts or comforters. It also has a vent feature to get excess water out of it after you finish washing your load. This helps minimize mold to grow or unpleasant odors. I highly recommend this combo.

Excellent capacity, very easy to use, and it's beautiful.

Have had this set for eight months now. Overall happy with its functionality and operation. The ultra fresh vent feature of the washer works as advertised. The dryer works really well. The steam function helps to refresh and remove wrinkles if you happen to forget clothes in it for a bit.

Very solid machine , quiet and beautiful design. Large Load capacity is always welcome ! I will like to see more functionality on the app Like turn it on and off etc ,

Washes great, but being High Efficiency it takes longer to do so...

Exceeded our expectations, several options to handle all clothing types

I was excited for this washer after reading reviews but I must have gotten a dud that GE won’t do anything to fix. When the unit fills with water it sounds like a gun shot in the house when the valve snaps shut with such a loud banging noise. It’s so aggressive that the hosing snaps back against the wall and causes scratches on the wall paint. The tech said that’s just the design of the washer (which makes no sense). I had plumbers come out, cut into my dry wall, and replace hammer arrestors just in hopes of adding any support, and it did nothing. This washer is a nightmare of a nuisance. I’ve been begging every tech/contact that I connect with to replace or repair this with no luck so far. Side note - I got Best Buy extended care warranty through geek and they would not work on it without GE’s approval, so I wasted even more money on the “peace of mind” purchase through Best Buy which was recommended by them in the store. It’s unfortunate, because the dryer is a dream.
