Don't buy this machine! Reviews show this machine as one of the top products. Big disappointment. Impossible to get hot water with whites. When you want the machine to heat your water its a two hour time frame to wash. No spin only cycle. Half the time fabric softener drains into wash instead when it should released. 4 months into ownership. Previously had whirlpool duet for 18 years, great machine. Had to install dual water valve to ensure hot water went into machine when hot water was called for. When you first turn the machine on the machine will spin with no water for 10 to min before it calls for water. Buyer beware! Thanks

Love this washer. The capacity is super big plus the clothes come out almost dry without they being creased.

Love everything about these appliances the washer spins so fast the clothes are practically already dry as the dry dries so fast less electricity to be used and now for the range no more little a toaster or air fryer on my counter now I have so much room to do other stuff on

I've only had this washer 1 week but so far i like it. It has several features I wasn't looking fir but I like them. 1. If laundry sanitizer is used, the machine hss a soaking option. 2. When done washing for the day, there's a cycle to dry the inside of the machine so the door doesn't have to be open. 3. It's possible to clean the filter from the front of the machine. We have a very shedd prone dog and my last machine required a service person to clean the filter. I'll update this if there are any issues within the next few years. (My Maytag lasted a whopping 6 years and it would have cost $600 to fix the electronics!!!)

This has been an amazing experience. My clothes have never felt or smelled cleaner. This is super quiet and the auto dispense has been a game changer.

The washer machine is good for the price, easy to use, but the only issue iI found was that you can’t see inside while is washing, The light only works with the door open.

This washer has a great capacity and does a good job cleaning our clothes. It can easily hold my king size comforter without requiring a second rinse cycle.

I love the new washer and how it updates me when the laundry is done. Just be careful if you have it installed. I had to level the washer myself after it was left leaning forward and not draining properly after it was installed.

Verdict is still out after 45 days or so. It cleans well, but heavy items like bedspreads and blankets stay super wet when done with the spin cycle. Also, very loud & not completely balanced when spinning.

Love this new front load washer and my experience with Best Buy. There are no issues with spin cycle having to re-balance load like there was in my previous front load. My clothes are coming out beautiful. It was delivered on time, no issue with the install. I'm very happy after these first 18 loads.

Great appliance. Main drawback is that the unit is too low & the cost of a pedestal to raise the unit is too high.
