    Terrible customer service experience,but good oven

    POOR RATING IS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, not the product. Delivery men were nice but accidentally took the instuction manual and oven probe with them when they cleaned up. Ive been on the phone over 2 days for about 3 1/2 hours either on hold listening to god awful music, or being bounced around to other service numbers. Now I have to wait 3 days for a call from a technician so they can decide what to do. All they had to do was send me the oven probe that was removed with the packing materials but now I have to wait. The oven itself is a good one however if you're considering this one, I suggest you buy from a local home town owned appliance store instead of this national chainl! Thank you and good luck.

    Love induction cooking. Coming from using an electric range, responsiveness is great

    It does the job. I had a gas range and I think I prefer that. I felt I had more control. Still, the appliance works fine and as advertised.

    We absolutely loved this oven, but after 3 months it just stopped working completely.

    no air-fryer basket glass cleaner seems to be lost as well

      Thank you for reaching out to us. This unit doesn’t come with an air fry basket. You can use any broil safe cookware when using Air Fry mode. Also, a dark sheet pan as it promotes better browning and crisping. More information about cooking accessories for your air fry feature can be found in the use and care guide on the website (Page 23). For help with any missing items we would suggest reaching out to your retailer at bestbuy.com customer service department at 1-888-237-8289 or call your local store.     Induction heating is awesome!

    If you've never tried induction heat, I highly recommend it. Crazy to think you can boil water in less than minute, turn the element off and it's cool to the touch in seconds.......amazing! Not to mention the remote/wifi capabilities makes this a great option.

    Fantastic cooktop and oven

    So happy with this gorgeous, high-tech range. It's SO easy to clean, it only took a few days to get used to induction over gas, the oven is super well-insulated so the kitchen stays a lot cooler, and I can boil water for pasta in under 3 minutes.

    NEVER AGAIN will i buy a GE Induction Range. the "WiFi Enabled" means you MUST download the GE app, you MUST create an account (with loads of personal info), you MUST connect your range to the app. if you don't, many of the features (convection bake, convection roast, air fry) simply will not work. this is a blatant attempt to get personal info for future marketing. thanks, i'll go back to a gas stove next time.
