Super high tech and confusing to use. The washer didn't fill to cover the load, so it probably didn't wash the load properly. The dispensers were still full after the load finished, but the Tide pods did disolve. I'm not pleased. They are replacing the unit on Monday, I will review again.

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear how displeased you are with your washer. That's not something we want for our customers to feel when using our appliances. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. If you need any assistance, please reach out to us. Love the Wi-Fi feature. I can put my clothes to wash go about my duties and then my phone gets a notification when the clothes is done. If I forget it’ll remind me after 30 minutes.

Appearance is nice. But don't leave unwashed clothes in the washer because it won't start! Youd have to take the clothes out and start the cycle and the put clothes back inside. I guess it confuses the sensor.

Unbelievably bad washer

What a nightmare! Washer and dryer delivered 2/3. Neither worked. Called immediately. Replacement washer delivered 2/9. This one also not working. After messing up scheduling of repair, the technician essentially said the problems are how it’s designed to work (no water, banging during spinning) but did work on the dryer and it stopped screeching. The washer is worse since the repair visit. The machine thrashes around violently on spin banging against the case, until it just gives up.
