I got the matching washer/dryer, and this is a nice washer. It seems to balance itself out better than my last older machine. I love the auto-dispense on it as it adds a lot of convenience and is clean!

I'm very satisfied with my washer. I especially like the smart app feature.so far I am happy with the cleanliness of the clothes along with the options available. I would recommend this product for delivering on its claims and at a reasonable price.

Smooth washing machine purchase and installation

Visited local BestBuy store. Looked at washing machines on display. Compared features versus our needs. Talked to sales person who gave us answers to our questions. We made a selection and bought. Washing machine (GE make) has been installed and old poorly working machine was transported away. Two men who brought in unit were fast, explained what they were doing and took care of the old machine.
