The fantastic reviews are right! Just remodeled kitchen and the Advantium is our favorite new appliance. It’s a microwave and a small oven! We were able to eliminate my husband’s favorite toaster oven. We love the way it toasts and bakes cookies!!!

Super quiet when running. Works as both microwave and oven. Last one we had lasted 20 years.

Very Good Speed Cook Microwave. Had an earlier model for 17 years. This is upgraded and performs excellent !

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE my advantium oven! We replaced an older model with this one and are completely satisfied. Other appliance stores told us they could not get one for us but Best Buy was able to get it to us in about 2 months. I cook as much as possible using this. We love how it crisps corndogs and chicken and Texas Toast, etc. A regular microwave is just not as good for us

I purchased this item just less than a year ago. It completely died on July 28th. As it was still under warranty I went to GE Appliances and reported the failure. We are now a month and a half later and after 3 visits from a technician it is still not fixed and there is no indication of when or if it can be fixed. I generally liked the functioning of the oven when it was working but would not expect it to fail so quickly given the cost. I would not recommend this oven nor would I recommend any GE Appliance given the experience of trying to get this one fixed.

A huge upgrade over the unit it replaced. Looking forward to seeing/learning everything I can do with it.

Speed cook takes the place of needing to microwave. Bought the 240 v and am pleased with product

The advantium has been the perfect solution for our space. Great features and ease of use.

I thought I would get a new Advantium 240v oven to replace my 240v 19 year old one that still works. Well, the new one is bigger - door doesn't lay flat when open so your arms hit the hot door when trying to take things out, My oven is eye level. I am 5'4" with an arm length of 29". Front to back of oven with door open is 30". I cannot reach the back wall of the oven to clean and its finish is not the same as the side walls. Have had the oven 8 months and inside it looks like I've never cleaned the back of the oven for years. Reheat settings are too high as everything boils over when using this sensor option. Oven light does not stay on - only for 3 seconds. Yes this new oven has convection as well as microwave and light cooking but really wish I could return the oven and install my old one. Bigger is not better and oven gets way too hot and takes too long to cool if you need to change trays from metal to glass for using the microwave. I would not buy this oven, but love my original one and it never had a service call and looks brand new inside the oven and out.

I loved the possibilities, and when it worked, the versatility. I spent the extra money on a fancy microwave to get the "2nd oven" feature. That was 6 years ago. We've had 3 service calls for repairs since then, and now need another one. Frustrated that it breaks so often.
