I don't like a bulky AC unit sitting on the window. This design is perfect for a Window unit. It cools my office more than I deserve.

I have ZERO complaints about this one. The downstairs is an open floor plan, roughly 750 sqft and it definitely cools the entire first floor! The thing is a workhorse! So convenient to control it via the app and I don’t find it loud at all when its on. Also love the fact that I can still see out of the window its in - such a cool design.

All of a sudden it will vibrate the whole house. Like a washing machine getting out of balance. Great idea and loved it for 48 hours. I see other complaints. Returning and won't replace. Look into a mini split.

We can now watch TV without have the volume up crazy high because of the A/C. This is the next best thing to Mini Splits. Do think on it buy it.
