It sits low only needed the window open about 5 inches. seals nice and snug with provide foam rubber sides. 10,300 btu is good for my 12x14 bedroom and bathroom. Smaller rooms could possibly down size.

I don't like a bulky AC unit sitting on the window. This design is perfect for a Window unit. It cools my office more than I deserve.

The design that hangs down under the window allows for a very clear view out of the window. Very quiet. I have purchased two more units because I was so pleased.

I have ZERO complaints about this one. The downstairs is an open floor plan, roughly 750 sqft and it definitely cools the entire first floor! The thing is a workhorse! So convenient to control it via the app and I don’t find it loud at all when its on. Also love the fact that I can still see out of the window its in - such a cool design.

It would also be great if it displayed the rooms temperature oppose ro me having to break out my smartphone and loading the app just to check.

My Garage Is Cooler Than Your Garage

Only thing is instructions don’t clearly show how to drain it. I am not sure if the plug inside needs to be removed. Tried with fingers to remove but wouldn’t come out. Left it alone so as not to break something.

GE Clearview Window AC

Very quiet on the inside but does have some chatter outside the house or would have been an easy five star. I do recommend this unit.

It is quite quiet compared to other ACs and has various features as well. However, keep in mind, the lowest temperature it can go down to is 64 °F. Nonetheless, it is a great AC and I am satisfied with this purchase.
