I called them and was essentially told the only way to get another foam panel is to buy another unit. All I can find is cheap alternatives that aren't as good.

Working well
Units are heavy, they recommend two people for installation. It sits low only needed the window open about 5 inches. seals nice and snug with provide foam rubber sides. 10,300 btu is good for my 12x14 bedroom and bathroom. Smaller rooms could possibly down size.

Definitely quiet!
Only comment so far is that the labels on the remote and the unit can be difficult to read because of the lack of contrast. The unit is very quiet when in the quiet mode!
