Their installation kit only includes things like weatherstripping, not everything you need for installation. I called them and was essentially told the only way to get another foam panel is to buy another unit. All I can find is cheap alternatives that aren't as good.

Working well
Units are heavy, they recommend two people for installation. It sits low only needed the window open about 5 inches. seals nice and snug with provide foam rubber sides. 10,300 btu is good for my 12x14 bedroom and bathroom. Smaller rooms could possibly down size.

Cool, Quiet, and Comfort!
I was pleasantly surprised by the U shaped design. I don't like a bulky AC unit sitting on the window. This design is perfect for a Window unit. It cools my office more than I deserve.
