I love this air conditioner. It cools really well and you get to see out of window better than you can with other air conditioner. I would buy again.

I’ve had this unit for a month and it’s been wonderful! You can barely hear it and it sits low enough in our window that it still allows for great amount of sunlight to come through.

Got the unit installed but haven”t fully ran it as its not too hot yet. But on test run it did seem pretty quite

I love it and because its the biggest model i believe, it gets more the 2 ½ rooms cool. Which is a major thing for us.

This keeps the bedroom so cold and it’s super quiet. I’m going to purchase a 2nd unit soon!

It is a great air conditioner I bought 2 of the same models 12.000.200 BTU, and it cools off my loft perfectly in the summer the loft reaches 125 degrees now it is so cool and saved me a lot of money I was going to install a mini split unit which was going to cost me up of 8000.00 dollars thank you G E

Product cools great, small footprint in window and install was very easy.

I'll start with this... Don't buy this window AC. Just don't. Yes, it's a well known brand with a seemingly great form factor, but don't. It's waaaaaaaay more awkward and difficult to set in place/install than you think it will be. Don't even think about it if this will be a solo project. This one takes two, no question. And if you have older windows... Hahahaha. Plan on extra supplies. Extra time. Extra frustration. But beyond that, once installed, plan on vibrations. Windows. Walls. Nothing is safe from its vibrations. Nothing is safe from he noise of it's water slapping to cool the condenser. Inside and out, it's just loud and irritating. This unit replaces one of the u-shaped Midea ACs (which I replaced due to the known mold issue). Goodness gracious, though, did the Midea out perform the GE. Sound, vibration, cooling... Just better. Get the Midea, or any normal shaped, inverter AC over this GE. Seriously. Please. You don't want a $500 regret that reminds you of itself 24/7.
