Best little ice machine ever! Produces ice better than advertised. Wish it would have came with metal scoop (easily purchased separately) than the plastic one.

The best investment I ever maid on a electronic.It has been so useful my kids love it well spent,I was scared on the comments but it actually gets the job done.And with this hot summer was the best ever just adding I’ve to all our drinks never ran out.

Best purchase ever! Bought to replace my useless samsung refrigerator icemaker and this one does not disappoint! Very fast ice production that is perfect for chewing on or making ice cold tea and ice water. The machine runs quietly. I am very pleased and would definitely buy again!

This ice machine is amazing and worth every penny. We use it every day. I love the pellet ice chips. Our family and friends love coming over and putting their drinks in a cup so they can have ice in it

What can i say, she claims its the best gift i ever bought her, and im not exaggerating. This things produces the ice she looking for and fits perfectly in out kitchen. A must buy for the female in your life.

This machine makes the best ice! I have 1 complaint. The water reservoir is a bit difficult to put back on the machine filled with water. The grey part keepa detachibg and water spills. We are going to see if we have a defective part or tey to jimmy rig it. The quality of ice is worth it though.

We LOVE Opal ice! Fantastic product! We have a cute little bar area set up, with a Keurig DrinkWorks machine & the GE Profile ice maker. I hesitated to buy the Opal ice maker because of some of the negative reviews, but our experience has been great! We've had it for over a month now & use it every day! It's quiet & replenishes that awesome small-nugget "soft" ice really quickly! Why do drinks just "taste" better with that kind of ice? Yum! Easy to set up. Easy to refill side tank. No negatives. A+! May be larger/heavier than you expect. A real "appliance" (not just a little occasional-use item).

The best counter top ice maker ever!!!! It looks beautiful and makes the best ice. Like seriously this has helped me work from home better because all of my drinks have chewable ice! It’s hard to explain until you’ve chewed on it. But I know it’s expensive. Took me a while to buy it but I’m happy!

We are absolutely loving our ice maker! Other reviews stated it was loud but ours hasn’t been. We love the nugget ice too especially for a countertop ice maker! Love that the water reservoir is also easier to keep clean than most countertop ice makers.

I purchased the ice maker for my daughter. I’m a little mad at myself because I did not purchase the extended warranty. It hasn’t been a week since I picked it up, do you think I still can purchase the warranty? The ice maker was pricey but she deserves it and every one now is stopping by her house for a cold cup of sonic ice, Lol

We love having nugget ice readily available, stired in the clear compartment. The side unit for water storage is very beneficial. The machine lights up for an action, ,i.e. making uce, needs water, or needs cleaning.

We have a smart refrigerator that has a dumb ice maker so we bought this. I absolutely love this portable ice maker. It makes ice in 20 minutes. I've only had it a few weeks, but it's great. I wanted a high quality, counter top ice machine and this fits the bill.

I bought this because my kids love the Chick-fil-A ice. The nugget ice made by this machine is very comparable, but just a bit harder. Either way, we are very happy w the purchase. We also added the extended warranty in case it take a dump in the near future.

It's nice to not have to rely on our fridge's ice maker which has been so unreliable, this ice is so much better, it's like ice pellets that's chewable and it's a big plus that it's connected to wifi and programable. I like it, my wife loves it.

I went to a get together and saw this ice maker. I read a lot of reviews, most were good, but knowing some one who had it and really liked it was all I needed. It did not disappoint! I’ve had it now for about a month. Sonic ice whenever I want it! My best purchase this summer!

I was skeptical because this is my second ice maker. Some reviews say it’s noisy, I don’t hear it at all, it in the gameroom/bar. It makes the PERFECT ice for drinks, AND blending frozen drinks. We’ve had ppl over and it keeps up. Made a bunch and stored it to use when hunting. BEST PURCHASE

Purchased this December 2022 and it is still working like a charm. Granddaughters have to get a cup every time they visit. They love how it’s like their favorite fast food ice. It does make the oddest sounds, but we got used to it.
