It's good, and it's not too deep which is what I needed. But it's really wide as a result. And it's pretty expensive.

We purchased this microwave specifically for an under-counter install in our kitchen island. Its size might be a limitation for some but, for reheating and steaming, we're perfectly happy. The unit is efficient and quiet. We bought the optional trim kit for a built-in look. The kit secures the microwave to its shelf... so it's a bit of a must have.

Replaced exact same model from 2018. Not a very long life for a kitchen appliance, but it had to fit a specific space. Also overpriced for a mid-level microwave, but it fits, and it works, so I guess I'm happy with it.

The size of this microwave is exactly what I was looking for. Price is a little high but you are getting a quality product! The beeping noise when the food is completed is not as loud and annoying as most microwaves and I really like that. Has all the features you would need...defrost, popcorn, etc.

This is a nice microwave. I bought it to replace the same one because it fits in an upper cabinet. The one i replaced was $100 cheaper because it didn't have the "profile" in the name, even though all of the features are exactly the same. When this one needs replacement, I'll rearrange the kitchen to accommodate a different microwave. The price of these is out of control.

this was the perfect replacement for my old GE Spacemaker microwave. Works very well, but only 800 watts of power, so can take longer to cook when recipes assume a 1200 watt oven.

We love the new microwave! It fits neatly in our cabinet and install process was smooth. We are also happy with the power it delivers to allow fast cooking/heating.

after going back and forth with the phone ordering guy who would not do a price match and insisted i could not mount this under the cabinet i told him my local appliance guy whos been selling longer then he s been born says its the only model that you can under mount thats why they sell a mounting kit ... so i went to local best buy who was more than happy to price match received it today and lo and behold there are four plastic plugs on the top with screw holes underneath fit right into the same spot as my old ge proflie which lasted 18years

Replacement for an older GE microwave, it's a bit larger so have to deepen the cupboard. Also doesn't seem as powerful, I have a temporary counter top from target, it takes 90 seconds to heat a breakfast sandwich, this one takes 2 minutes.

The quietest microwave I have ever owned! Highly recommend!! We wanted a GE microwave to replace an older GE model, and space was an issue as we needed it to fit into the wall cabinet. This was a perfect fit, and it is a very nice microwave.

This GE is basically the only microwave with short and shallow dimensions for special or existing cabinet requirements, and has been for many years. Therefore it is overpriced relative to its other capabilities. But it works fine and has the features we need, so we buy one every 5 or so years.

We had an old spacesaver microwave that was built in to our cabinets, and after 20 years it died. Unfortunately this microwave is the only one made that comes close to the dimensions of the old one. Since we didn't want to redo all of our cabinets, we were kind of forced to buy this one. The first one received starting making a very loud clicking noise after about a week. We exchanged it for another one, and luckily have had the new one installed for a little over a month and so far is working good. I like the look of the microwave, and it seems to be working fine, but very expensive for what it is. The door is made of plastic and seems a bit flimsy, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that this microwave will last a while.

Wife and i bought this openbox because it matched out appliances but we couldnt justify the $500+ price tag for a microwave. Great so far!!
