Almost everything about this microwave is great. The only negative it that the door feels light compared to my last microwave. Functionally it works great and has a huge space inside. I replaced a microwave in the same spot but because this one filled the space so well I had to Dremel out some space under the cabinets to get it to fit. My cabinets have some trim at the bottom so to get the microwave in place I had to remove some of that trim. It's behind and above the face of the microwave so you can't see it once installed. Also the green LCD is dimmer than my last one which was bright blue so I can't see the time quite as easily. All that said, I would buy it again as it does its job well.

This microwave is larger and it can heat up a lot more than the previous one. The only downside is that the wattage is only 1,000 and wished I had gotten 1,100 or better, however it heats fine. I don't really cook in the microwave so it is a good purchase overall in my opinion.

It's nice and sleek looking on top of being easy to operate. I like all of the lighting and fan settings. Excellent microwave!

My 10 year old over range GE microwave died and really loved that one. Of course GE no longer made that model so I picked the GE profile. Had no problems installing it and so far it has work very well and I am really pleased with it.

This was my choice of three microwaves being considered. The tipping point for me was that I do not have the option of venting my microwave to the outside, this microwave had the best (strongest) vent fan option. I love that the GE had a revolving turntable and accomodated a shelf for warming or cooking more than one item at a time. Also the rack is metal as is the interior of the microwave. The front is very clean appearing and is very easy to clean. My husband installed it for me and reported that the instructions were clear and the install was without issue.

Love my new GE microwave! Features simple controls and looks beautiful over the new GE double oven we purchased!

Great product with all the futures we use and need,

I had a GE microwave for over 7 years before and the fan went out. I compared a lot of models and decided to go with this one. It is very easy to operate, unlike other upgrade models with confusing turn knob features. The fan on this model is powerful for an OTR microwave. I also like the three main buttons on the bottom for Timer, Fan, and Light, which I use a lot during cooking.

nice unit only no book included with recipes or instructions . wanted to know a little more about the steam cooking option.

Needed something w/ a good exhaust fan and this is strong and not too loud. I usually use medium or low and it's great. High fan is a bit noisy but VERY effective.

My old over-the-range microwave stopped working and I wanted to get another one just like it. This one is perfect, plus it has features that my old one didn't have. I'm very pleased.

My old one 900w was stronger than this one 1000w. Old one had stronger frame. The fan on new one better, has 4 speed (old had only 3).

Overall it is a good microwave. A little confusing but hopefully after using it awhile it will be better.
