There were sparks coming out of it and we can no longer use it. It did great while it lasted, we had no problems with it. But I would expect a little longer life with normal day wear.

WORST MICROWAVE - had 2 in a row that don't work

I could have gotten over the poor button placement, the cheap feeling door and the noisiness of it, IF it worked. After less than a week, the control panel stopped working. We exchanged for a new one which BB was great about, but now on this replacement unit, the door doesn't properly close. It has to go back, I'm still without a microwave and not interested in owning a model that has already failed me twice in 2 weeks.

On the other hand customer service at Best Buy was fantastic. I was having problems with the trim kit and staff, especially Frank, were just great to work with.

It was a built in model. We bought the same model but only because we did not want to buy a new trim kit. We will keep our fingers crossed that it lasts more then 2 years. It looks nice and has nice features but it should have lasted a lot longer.
