I purchased this GE scratch and dent to replace a brand new Samsung (do not buy Samsung appliances) frig. that never worked properly. This frig works very well, not noisy I only hear the ice dropping occasionally, the inside lighting is very nice, food stays fresh a long time and the ice machine is working great so far. The app is a great feature as well. I'm very happy with the purchase.

This refrigerator is a necessary appliance to any kitchen but is a must if you are building and the builder is doing GE stainless appliances with the side by side fridge. Pass on their fridge or put it in the garage as this fridge is counter depth and will look as close to built in as possible and is the same stainless steel as the rest of the appliances.

We bought this for two reasons: made in America and the built-in Keurig hot beverage maker. We wanted to reclaim some counter space and thought the Keurig in the door would be great. It is great on paper. In practice, the K-cup insert would drip excessively. We also experienced problems with the K-cup spurting and and spewing coffee around the ice and water dispenser. We had a service call and the tech from the Geek Squad mentioned that this seems to occur as a result of built up pressure in the water line. It only seemed to happen when brewing the first cup in the morning. The tech thinks the pressure builds up overnight or during other periods where the water isn't being called for frequently. He had no suggestion for correcting the problem. The other issue we had with it was the slide-out tray in the freezer kept dropping off the rails. The tech made an adjustment but it still didn't quite fit properly. He offered to get a new tray and replace it under warranty. We decided to return the refrigerator and replaced it with a different brand and model.

Love the added feature of a Keurig attachment at the water dispenser.

I ended up exchanging it for the bigger one. Great fridge!

Love this Profile refrigerator freezer, works beautifully. We are enjoying the Keurig brewing system, my only hope is I wish we had known that it was either hot water or Keuring option, not both. We also do not seem to have the cold water volume option? Or maybe I need to learn to use all of the features. The instruction manual could be improved though. But don't get me wrong, we love the unit (and it looks awesome!)

This is a beautiful refrigerator. Operates well and has many conveniences. The coffee maker in the door is great! The price is reasonable and the machine is dependable.

We have had this refrigerator for almost a month. So far, so good. The Keurig feature is an extravagance, but allowed us to get our large old Keurig machine off the counter in our new home, plus you can set a timer (using an app) so it has hot water waiting for you and others in the home at the times you usually want coffee and less waiting for it to get hot. Nice. The French doors are nice and the water and ice maker work great. There is plenty of freezer space and the finish and features of the interior doors and lights are great. Overall an excellent refrigerator with great features for the price! I recommend it. The delivery was fast (the day after ordering) and the delivery people were courteous and explained what needed explaining to my satisfaction. Great job Best Buy!

Was looking at GE Cafe and Profile appliances for a complete kitchen upgrade. Bought this Profile French Door as a floor model. The unit had the missing parts expected on a Best Buy floor model but was in very good condition. I ordered all of the missing parts, including the Keurig hot dispenser, directly from GE and had them before I installed the fridge. The unit would not cool after the installation. I wasted some time calling the store. They only know to give out a 800 number for appliance issues. After a night of on-line searching and asking a very specific question about floor models' I learned the fridge was in demo mode...you would have thought the store could have told me that. The unit has been a welcome start on the upgrades after it was taken out of the demo mode. I would hesitate recommending the store, but would recommend the fridge. It's very roomy for a counter depth and has several nice features' like the Keurig.

I bought it from best buy sale and it's a good finish and fingerprint resistance except for the door handle. The door handle finish looks slightly off from the rest of the fridge. The only complaint I have is noise level slightly higher compared to another brand same size refrigerator. Had issue with Fan and motherboard but got covered under mfg warranty

I've got to say I like the way it makes the ice maker. I love how it tells you how many ounces of water is pouring in the cop and the coffee future excellent

We got this refrigerator when we had two refrigerators go out in a short period of time. We've had ours a month and really like it. I'm a writer by trade, so the Keurig dispenser was perfect ;) One reviewer mentioned the Keurig splashing, but part of that is the longer fall for the liquid - the same distance that lets me get a pitcher or humidifier tank in the with no problem. I just use a taller mug. For larger vessels, the pull-out tray works well, and allows you to leave the vessel in there filling while you work on other tasks (just don't forget about it!) after it has a couple cups of water in it. Plenty of ice, and the crusher works much more quickly than my last two fridges. On the doors, the shelves go down further and the are more of them. We love the adaptability, especially the drop down shelf under the cheese shelf. In the fridge proper, the folding shelf is really convenient for taller items and the filter takes up very little space to one side and looks really easy to change out. On the outside, for whatever reason, it doesn't seem to smudge nearly as often as the old fridge did. The old one I had to wipe down with cleaner every other day, while this one goes a week or better before needing the same treatment. Overall, a very nice package.

Fits very well into kitchen. Doors open fully to provide access to the interior, make sure you follow the dimensional requirements as defined by the manufacturer. This refrigerator was smaller then the one it replaced, however because of the well planned interior shelf design it was able to accommodate all of the food items from its predecessor. Noisier then the unit it replaced.

This frig is amazing, has a lot of space and it’s lighting is perfect. The coffee maker works perfectly and so does the ice & water in the door. It is a little more noisy than the old frig but not by much, great product made in the USA!

Love the black slate color, love the ice maker and size, etc. Wanted counter depth and even while narrower, can seem to get the same amount of food as in my old fridge. Food is consistently cooled appropriately.

I wish the water warmed over 200 degrees, but it only heats as high as a Keurig does. Otherwise I love it. You do hear it sometimes but it doesn't bother me. It's beautiful and the app is great, it allows you to brew the water and checks the ice level.

My wife and I love this refrigerator. She loves using the heated water function remotely, so that it's ready when she gets downstairs and can have her tea or oatmeal. We also use the Keurig Brewing System on occasion when we don't want to brew a full pot. The only drawback is that you can only have 1 username and password to control and monitor the refrigerator wirelessly through your home network.

Great looking counter depth refrigerator. Runs great. Won't fit a large pizza box though. Keurig takes a few minutes to heat up the water. But you can schedule it to heat with your smart phone so it will be heated when you get up.

I love the Keurig feature on the refrigerator but have to admit it’s a little small inside and noisy. Not sure I would buy again.

Having the ice maker located in the door does not take away from the refrigerator storage space. The water/ice maker dispenser takes a bit to get use to as the touch pad is very specific where you have to touch.
