The first one I bought started leaking after 7 months. That is why I’m only giving it 4 stars. Geek squad swapped it out and it has been working fine since.

Lost a star for not drying very well. The dishes were still very wet after the dry cycle was completed. Overall very good, though.

The only thing I could hear was the water draining at the end of the cycle. The unit looks great and the handle is well configured so that I won't catch anything on it walking past it. Also, the controls are hidden. I like the fact that it has a floor protect/alert system to prevent water damage in the event of a leak in the future.

New one has lots of space and is much quieter. There are many different cycles to choose from. Some are quite long, but we start it before going to bed and wake to clean dishes.
