Coffee Maker Failed in one month

The Kuerig failed within one month of getting the unit. Bought the GSP plan from Best Buy. They sent a tech who had never seen a fridge with a coffee maker and had no idea how to trouble shoot. Orderd a bunch of parts that are still waiting to arrive. Service scheduled to happen 3 weeks after service call IF the parts arrive. Have had to take days off work for tech to arrive and now additional days for repair.

The product is fantastic, high especially love the kuerig built-in hot water dispenser. I otherwise do not know how you really relate a refrigerator because they all cool your food.

Love the fridge and love the coffee maker but always wondered when it would fail. 10 days after warranty and the water just pours out the coffee maker after selecting the cup size. Only way to get it to stop is open the door.
Look forward to see what they say about covering it.

I bought this refrigerator last year. It was delivered in Nov 2017. Placed into service Dec 2017 only to find that it had been severely damaged. A replacement had to be bought and have yet to arrive. Due at end of January if all goes as planned.

Have had issues with the coffee maker and water dispenser since day one.
And the geek squad protection plan is garbage. It only covers the compressor after factory warranty. A lot of money for a garbage coverage.

Dead After 10 Days

We purchased this refrigerator, and waited roughly 3 weeks for it to arrive. It was delivered, and installed, by the Best Buy delivery team (Geek Squad). The installers were very competent, courteous, and did a great job setting everything up.
My first thought was,,, the new unit was quite a bit louder than our previous refrigerator. However, I figured that it simply needed to break-in and work through its initial cool down. To my surprise, the incessant compressor buzzing never really did go away. Well, here we are 10-days later, and the unit quit cooling entirely. Great....

So frustrated with the quality and service of this GE $$$! I got this to have great coffee and hot water anytime. Now after 12 days, I get neither!! UGH! Called GE and they said call the store. Called the store now I have to wait another 3 weeks for a replacement. I paid for something that doesn't work! neither store nor GE will help. Oh yeah! I'm still waiting on my microwave from GE too! Five weeks later. HELP! I need coffee now!!!
