Smell and bad customer support

I have had this oven for over a month and we can't get rid of the smell. As soon as you turn any of the ovens on it smells chemical / rubber smell. We ran self clean and been running it for hours but no luck yet. GE is not being helpful with this problem. They say it's normal?!? Oh and to top it off one of the light bulbs inside the oven that I have yet to use needs replacement. And guess what, GE won't replace it under warranty? What? I paid a lot of money for this oven and this is what I get.
