I bought it in mid December and it's only been 3 months and it stopped working. Makes a loud humming noise and nothing works. Not to mention how complicated the process is to just start the darn thing. You can't add time to the cooking process and the preheat take s 20mins to complete and if you aren't there when it dings to hit start for bake then you have to start all over again. It's crappy and I wasted my money.

Posted .Hi there, thanks for the review on your toaster. Sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your unit. We did want to say that when the oven has reached the selected temperature, the oven alarm will sound to indicate that the preheat cycle is complete. The oven will continue to maintain the selected temperature for 10 minutes. Place food in the oven and press the "Start" button to begin the cooking. If the "Start" button is not pressed within 10 minutes after the oven has completed preheat, the oven will automatically shut off.
