I love the size of this appliance. Could fit a normal size baking dish in it comfortably. The look is very sleek and modern. It heats foods evenly and quickly. The only problem we are having is the door does not match up evenly with its frame so condensation beads up on the top. The window fogs up, too. We are debating whether to trade it in or not. Overall though, I do like it.

I would not buy a refurbished unit again. Trying to go on the cheap I was drawn to the GE refurbished unit. It was the right size to fit in my built in and was similar to the one it was replacing. When it arrived, the box was standing on it's end, which is probably why the control panel was broken from the mounts. The door does not open and close smoothly, requiring two hands to operate. I definitely would not buy this unit again, new or refurbished.

Nice, clean, roomy microwave. Refurbished, but I couldn't see any obvious signs of use or wear. I've only used it once or twice, it worked great but seems a little noisier than I remember my old microwave being. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a big microwave. Had the wrong manual with it, and no sensors included.

We had this item shipped to our home. The shipping box was half way opened! Well we plugged it in, and it LOOKED real nice. Big and could fit a 20 pound turkey in. Then we tried to defrost frozen ground beef.... the timer shut off after about 20 seconds. So then we thought, lets try and use the cook timer. It too shut off in 20 seconds. It didn't even get warm! Unfortunately it was a cold day, and my husband had used the shipping box, with receipt to start a fire in the fireplace. So now we have a big paper weight. Luckily we kept or microwave we had purchased from the thrift store, bought that for $10 and it does the job. DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE!!!!!!!!

I felt that the size of the microwave is a very nice size. When you combine that with the fact that it do not work properly most of the time. Then I would say in this case size do not matter...

You get what you pay for. I only give ONE star: 1 for the appearance (it's a gorgeous unit). Kudos for Best Buy's customer service for exchanging/returning twice & finally refunding. It's a refurb, but in reality it's damaged/dinged/dented rejected units which were damaged in-transit or storage. I received two of them, 1st one was dented, door cracked & thus nonfunctional. Then received another which was dented but functional & then stopped working a few weeks later.

I used it and it worked. It just came damaged. I did reorder. I used the first one til the power supply blew then a couple days later the new one showed up. The new one showed up damaged also. Repack at refurb center must have issues. I recieved 2 that were damaged in the same way which indicates to me that there is a packing error. The feet were shoved up into the bottom. The supports were on the feet and should have been placed under the body. This damage tweeked the whole frame of the microwave. The tweeking caused the door to stay ajar and caused the power supply cooling fan to stop operating. I have not tried to order a third one yet. I will though.

For the price, you can not beat this item. I love it. My job bought these same microwaves a uear ago for the cafeteria and I loved the fact that it didnt take long to heat up the food. When I seen it online I didnt think it was the same one until I got home a opened it up. I was very pleased with the product. The door was slightly off track but it was an easy adjustment to make it right again. Love it.

Had two microwaves shipped to me. The first arrived damaged, & blamed it on the shipping, well the second one they shipped out to me was even worse. The door would not shut, does not sit well. Do not buy this microwave. It said it was refurbished not scratch and dent!! Should be no stars!

Because of some previous reviews, I was concerned that the oven would have cosmetic damage, or would otherwise look "used". The oven I received looked brand new. And it work perfectly and easily from the first moment. I'm thrilled.

This was one of the two top rated microwaves in Consumers Report. Had trouble find either until I saw this Refurbished one at over half the price on line at Best Buy.. The one replaced was a GE that lasted over sixteen years so this didn't seem like there was much to lose and everything to gain. Gain we did. The microwave arrived in good time. The set up was easy. Seems like directions for microwave cooking had this model in mind as everything we have cooked has been spot on. Getting the glass tray on the roller after cleaning is the only real hassle so far. Best Buy is to be commended for allowing a few weeks go by before asking for a review.

Thi is an insane deal for this microwave. I am very happy with the unit. The cooking space is huge and it cooks great. It is very powerful (I burned the first couple things I cooked because I was used to my old microwave). contrary to other reviews on this site, there isn't a blemish on the unit. It looks like it just came off the GE assembly line. The only drawback to the unit is that the power cord is on the shorter side. It is also a large unit. I put it in a lower microwave cabinet. If you are using it as a counter top microwave, you may want to consider the amount of counter real estate it will take up.

don't buy it if you are expecting it to look new, the unit was nice inside but the front of the microwave did not look anything like new

As soon as i opened the box the first thing i noticed was scratches all over the top surface of the microwave which i was ok about it but as i was taking the microwave out of the bag i noticed the door was not aligned and couldn't opened either.The back of it had a lot of dents on it, it was sooo terrible seeing it. I know its cheap but i rather pay the full price than have something that I'm not happy with.

It works great, but the door does not close correctly.

We are excited about the fast and even heating. For the first time in a very long time, we are eating food that is not cold in the middle.

It was delivered and door would not open it was jammed. Second Microwave door and pad were broken off. There was no damage to either box. They had to be packed broken,. There should be pieces of broken plastic in the box, There is none. It was packed broken. POOR Quality Control by people who dont care.

An ok microwave nothing to go gome and talk about it

So far it appears to be a wonderful product. lf it continues to perform as it has during the first couple of weeks, I will be very satisfied with the purchase and the short warranty period. Power output seems OK but not sure it is the full 1200 watts.
