The worst!

The worst. Honestly, I’ve been thru my share of dishwashers in my life and none have been as awful as this one. Every time I open it something goes wrong. Glad I got the geek squad warranty on this one cuz I’ve called more on this one than any other appliance or device I’ve owned. The racks fall out of place constantly, the level of cleaning changes with every load but it’s never great. We switched to all ge slate appliances a few years ago, and while I love the color - I Will not buy another GE. I’d rather have mismatched appliances.

Would not recomend

Purchased in March and started having control module issues 3 weeks after purchase. 2 months later the dishwasher was unusable, as it was still under GE warranty made a call. Took 6 weeks to get a needed Control module from china. 6 weeks later the dishwasher won't turn off after it's full cycle (after the computer replacement). The dishwasher cleans the dishes well when the computer module is working. Waiting for GE to come out again and fix the issue! This will be the last GE dishwasher we purchase. On a side note, we won't be purchasing any dishwashers in the future with the hidden controls on the top of the door. Closing the door usually ends up with pressing a control and needing a cancelation or let the dishwasher time out.

Nicest dishwasher I've owned

I haven't gotten a chance to use the washer much — I've grown so accustom to hand washing! It will be great to have when all of our family is home. Our Best Buy Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Just had the contractor install This unit. It had water in the unit when we unboxed it. Not a good start. I don't know if the product is good or no, only that Best Buy swindled us.

Thank you for your feedback. Dishwashers are tested at the factory before they are shipped. If your new dishwasher has some water inside the tub or if there is water dripping from the drain hose, this is normal. Please continue to use the appliance and let Best Buy no should you have any issues right away. Geoff@GEA

at the time was the cheapest dishwasher with food disposal. lasted me over 3 yrs shut off today, worked ok before. going to try to get fixed
