We absolutely love this machine. After suffering through 2 previous small kine washing machines, this one is amazing. It has a basket twice as large as the previous machines and is energy efficient, as it senses how many clothes are in there and uses only enough water to wash and rinse. If the load is towels or sheets that take up more room, I use the power wash control and it fills up with water. It is also VERY quiet. Not like the rubber hose banging machine we had for 9 years. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend. I had researched all the machines and when we found this at Best Buy, I could not believe my luck in actually finding this one, same model number exactly, here in Hawaii. Thank you!

I bought a damaged floor model, it had a big dent on the side which goes against the wall, I saved a LOT of money and it works much better than I expected, perfect for me as a single person household.

Old washer and dryer went on the blink so it required a quick trip to BB to replace them. The local store had just what we needed at a great price. Delivery and setup were without a hitch, and the buys who came were in and out in no time. This is a different brand than we had before, but it will be a welcome replacement with one we were not very happy with before. It is too soon to rate the product 5 stars, but the sales and delivery people certainly were that.

My space was limited and this washer and dryer perform their functions efficiently and with good results.

This product is very compact and efficient. Clean and dry the laundry very well. Button and knob very clear and straight forward. Not too noisy. Not too much rattle. A little bit pricey for the size. Overall it's a good set for small place.

I am delighted with my new washer/dryer set from Best Buy. It has more space for washing and drying clothes than my previous washer/dryer and also performs more tasks. I recommend this washer/dryer very strongly, without any reservations. It will meet all your expectations.

Great product for a family of 2 that doesn't wash much. Fits a comfortable with room left. Not loud just normal washing sounds.

I could not fit the 27 inch wide unit in my condo so I got the smaller unit and it has a very deep washer so you can get more items in than you would think and the dryer is a really large. Washes and dries quickly as well. Don't let the tiny size fool you. I love it.

I had very limited space so it was hard to find the right size. The washer/dryer was the perfect fit. The washer and dryer are both quiet and efficient with less drying time.

Unit arrived with two dents and upon exchange the same defective unit was delivered again and dryer didnt work. Dryer door barely latches on, washer is too small and loud. Have to close lid to start fill cycle but remember to put clothes in before wash cycle begins, else auto load sensor kicks in with low water level. Took 5 phine calls and 3 trips to the store to refund/exchange another product. NOT recommended!

Cleans well and is quiet. Only negative is that, they are small loads.

This unit is small, it's supposed to be. For those of us with small homes, it is perfect. It's sturdy and appears to be very well made. It's 7000x quieter than my last machine, but it is an appliance with moving parts, so yes, there is a little noise. The washing machine is surprisingly deep and holds quite a bit. My only complaint is that the water cuts off whenever the lid is opened, but that is no big deal. The dryer dries (even loads of denim) very quickly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase given the tiny space I had to work with.

Renovating city apartments is always a challenge with big appliances. This size unit has worked in many units with tough spaces, but allows us to provide laundry to our tenants.

Washer is great. Dryer vent is annoying. But it washes great

Good product at decent price. Hopefully it is durable requiring minimal maintenance.
