Great upgrade.

Ability to download apps and use the remote is a huge upgrade. It’s pricey, but you’ll find apps here that you won’t on Android based products.

OVERALL, I do love the interface but integration is really creeping in to the point it's just one less thing i have to connect to my system. It's expensive compared to the Firestick, but if everything you own is Apple then the TV will fuse well with your other Apple devices.

Excellent 4K Streamer

Refurbished is as good as new

Best Buy is an authorized retailer of Apple and the refurbed products are certified. Good stuff all around. With that said, this is a 4K Apple TV. Everything looks like it’s new. There was plastic wrapped on everything. The hardware and software of the product is well known and available elsewhere. No issues here.

Great after the first replacement

In general I usually get the protection plan and hence was covered since I did not set it up as soon as I received it. So went over and exchanged it.
