Overall the Apple TV runs great and I have not had an issue for 2 years. The remote controls TV volume, but the touch sensor has a lot to be desired. Rewinding and fast forwarding just isn't precise which is frustrating. Apple airplay works great. If Airplay isn't important I'd go with Roku or Fire TV 1/3 the price.

Thought we'd give streaming a try. Using it with Playstation Vue subscription. The Apple TV part works great, and I think it is only the Vue app that freezes or gets off with the sound/screen. When this happens we go back to the menu within Vue and then back to the show. Seems like it's not a Apple TV problem. I haven't used it with any other apps though. Overall I like having Siri and the remote is nice.

The new Apple TV exceeded my expectations. If you are itching to cut the cord and say farewell to cable, the Apple TV does an excellent job preparing you for the move. The interface is beautiful and apps are being released all the time to keep the experience fresh. I'm a believer and will be cutting the cord soon.

Bought the Apple TV box to access NBC Sports Gold for the Motocross National Season ticket. Using our iPad, it also allows me to surf and access other moto-related sites that aren't playable on either Playstation or Xbox One. The Open Box price made it an even better deal and it came looking brand new! I highly recommend considering Open Box items from best Buy.

This is a refurbished by Geek Squad current Apple TV model. The equipment works well and arrived in clean complete packaging. Period of adjustment to Apple's interface from old. Disappointed in not finding a way to include apps I had on the earlier Apple TV version. Picture and sound are great.

It was my first experience buying a refurbished product from best buy and I can tell you it won't be the last. The product came in great condition and with all cables and parts. It even came with the protecting tapes. About the Apple TV, I absolutely love it. Use it every day for Netflix and other apps. Great product.

The refurbished unit we received works well. Though the box was sticky and the charging cable for the remote was missing. (no worries, with 2 iPhones we have tons of cables) The Apple TV streams great and it's nice to have all our different services together, except for Amazon Prime.

The reason I bought this is to be able to connect seamlessly to my Samsung TV from an iPhone which before this was difficult to do. Now, it works flawlessly and I really enjoy the universal remote that actually controls my cable box as well!

I bought this as an open box item for $80 off the regular price. I'm using it for the conference room in my office. It is really useful and easy to use and it makes presentations very very easy. Highly recommend.

Only difference is the Geek Squad Box. Item functions flawlessly and was a great upgrade from the 3rd generation Apple TV! Get one! Purchased on a deep discount sale!

I like these new Apple Tv's. They are a much improved interface than the previous models. Faster processor, plus the ability to have local storage (again, like the first gen). A great device!

I've used the Chromecast and Roku, and the quality of the UI and menu experience is superior. If you have an iPhone or iOS device, this is the TV streaming device you want to use.

Excellent for putting my osi devices on my tv. Also use it to watch Netflix and Vimeo. 1080 look great

This product makes it so much easier than using a gaming console to stream media on a TV. The pairing method is so straightforward that Apple could've called this the Magic Box.

Love the Refurbished Apple TV. It looks and preforms just like new. We have had no issues with it. I would not hesitate to buy other refurbs from Best Buy.

If you like lots of apps and the iOS system, you can't go wrong with the new generation Apple TV. The remote is worth the admission alone.
