Loads YouTube that is not present on my previous Apple TV version (taken away a while back) but trouble loading Hulu so it is OK but not as complete as I would like.

Over all a good product but the remote will not charge very disappointed with the remote I have had it on the charger for 24 hr and has not charged

I returned this item because why but this if I still have to get an iTunes account to get movies

Great product, but the remote is horrible, maybe they will add new ones in the future.

I was very disappointed when trying to set up the Apple TV. It was very frustrating because the remote did not sync with the TV. Come to find out when I went to the Best Buy store, the Geek Squad (Joe) tested it and found that the trac pad was not working. The volume worked. They took the device back, but I will listen to my kids the next time and NEVER purchase a refurbished item from Best Buy again.

I love AppleTV, and would recommend one to anyone and everyone. This refurb however, did not work when I first went to set it up. Would not recognize the remote. The 14 day return policy on refurb items is out there also, don't do what I did and wait for free time to unbox and turn on. You'll end up with a store credit. The replacement AppleTV I bought with store credit works fine.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas, it was so glitchy we couldn't use it. But we did return it and exchanged it with no hassle at our local Best Buy

Okay, I did a lot of reviewing prior to purchasing this item. My primary motivation was to access my iTunes library without my computer so I could see it on the TV. I was a big Apple person until iPhone came out and I never jumped on the band wagon. But I still used iTunes on my PC and I really dislike having to update my iTunes regularly before viewing my movies. This device allows me to watch movies, listen to music and see photos on my Apple iCloud account. It also is different in two major ways from prior Apple TV's in that the remote can control other items (audio or TV) and has touch with Siri microphone. Second it has an App store similar to iPhone so you can play games, view content on other apps like Sling TV, HBO, etc. The remote also has an accelerometer and gyrometer so you can use it to play games. It does not have access to AMAZON, VUDU and I am trying to find an app that connects my Ultraviolet Account for my other videos, but I have a smart TV and a PS4 that I can get to that content. It comes with the remote, a usb to lightning cable to charge your remote (lasts months), power cord and the Apple TV box. It DOES NOT have an HDMI cable which you will need. There is a a lightning cable, HDMI, power cord, network connections and nothing else. I know you can connect your iPhone to the AppleTV to sync your account, but I don't know what else the lighting cable connection does for you. A USB would have been nice to charge the remote. My BIG dislike is that I cannot PULL my music off of the device as far as I can tell, so I still have to go to my PC. I also don't think I can PUSH music onto the device. I got the larger 64GB version to store more apps. It meets my needs but barely. My other option was to get a Mac Mini computer and connect it to my TV, but I thought that was a little extreme.

We received the Apple TV and we have to go to iTunes cause the unit can't be activated. Very disappointing

The refurbished Apple TV came in like new condition. The remote was clean, charged, clean power cable and brand new lightning cable. The case was covered with BestBuy and GeekSquad stickers, but other than that it's a like-new product. The AppleTV itself was a breeze to set up with an iOS device nearby.

The refurb'ed Apple TV 4 player looked like new; cords looked unopened, instruction booklet looked untouched. Player works perfectly. Remote works perfectly. Lots of happy faces in our home!

The product works as advertised. The new version of the Apple TV is a good product. I don't know if it's a huge leap from the earlier version, but it does what it's supposed to do.
