My biggest peeve is the size of the remote control,it is way too small.Also because I bought a refurbished one there was no instructions so I play hit and miss with it.But for the price I can't complain.

Before I purchased this refurbished device, I had a doubt about quality. But I decided to trust certification of Geek Squad, and now I am satisfied. There was no error or malfunction yet. But there is only a minor shortcoming - the product was in a package sealed by Geek Squad, not in an original package. I do not care about it, and really enjoy this item.

Apple TV must be a item everybody must have. Very friendly to use

We like the Apple TV devices because of the compatibility with our iPhones but you're more limited in options especially with renting or purchasing movies. We also have a Roku tv and I personally enjoy it more because I have more options for rentals, apps and news without having to stream from my phone. I do like some of the in apps features better on the Apple TV like Netflix for example on Roku it starts automatically playing a show just because you open it to view which I don't like. So to sum it up I like the Apple TV their are some free apps/shows options if you don't have cable but you are limited without a cable or satellite a subscription unless you purchase or rent movies or Netflix, Hulu, Showtime etc.. OR have access to a account. I highly recommend purchasing refurbished and geek squad certified from Best Buy on electronics to save yourself a few dollars. We have purchased several items this way and have never had a issue.

If you have an iPhone, iPad, or Mac Book, you need to complete the apple family with this product. I use the Apple TV to turn my tv into a separate desktop for doing school work, play music from my iPhone to entertain guests. Got the best deal by buying the geek squad refurbished unit with the 4 year warranty. Costs as much as a brand new unit alone!

I love my new Apple TV. It's really easy to use and there's so many different apps. The only issue I see with it is the remote control. It's very small and basic. I loose it frequently in my bed under the covers.

I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished item. Everything is great with this product. Working perfectly with zero issues. I would definitely consider purchasing a refurbished item again in the future. I definitely liked the savings on the price.
