Shocked in a bad way!

#Fake repairs

Upon receiving the headphones I charged them then try them on it turns out that only one side was playing. Now how could this be if it's Geek Squad certified.. don't get me wrong I like Best Buy but I hope they are not cutting corners. So I took the headphones back to Best Buy to have them repaired they can't I fix them so they are going to send them to Apple for repairs. I should get them back within 5 days ( I will update this review) upon the outcome of the headphones.. but why write certify if they were never fixed from the beginning ??
