I see why this item has a one star rating. The photo is completely wrong. 1. Its an air 3, not a mavic 3 pro (to be fair - this is clear in the name) 2. The remote is the one without a screen - big thumbs down. 3. Looks like it comes with an extra battery - also not true. Im not even testing to see if the other reviews were right about performance. This is going directly back. Do better, Best Buy.

After many years of excellent service and quality of the purchased products I bought on bestbuy today I experienced the worst service in store and over the phone bestbuy customer service, they send me the the wrong controller and no batteries on my purchase and they just refused to do things right and exchange the mistaken sent controller and supply the batteries as theiy advertised when I did the purchase false advertisement wrong product missing batteries awful service I never expect this behavior from a big retailer like bestbuy unbelievable what a disappointment

Exceeded my expectations. It had negative reviews but that didn’t stop me from still placing my order. I saved myslelf money buying from the certified refurbished and the drone is like new. Not a scratch or a dent, the drone works awesome. The pictures and videos it produces are insanely good. This is my first DJI drone and i can see now what all the hype is about.
I would recommend this to a friend

I have purchased two drones from best buy in the past two weeks. Both were refurbished. Both were broke. I had to waste my time returning them and waiting almost a week to recive the money back to my bank. Both times. They do not even test the drones or look at them. The 1st drone didnt even fly five minutes before it had it gimble motor overload error. The second drone has a very visable broken sensor. You can't miss it if you just look at the drone. I didnt even try to fly it. I have waisted so much time on this crap. I would recommend amazon. There refurbished products work.

Camera had no zoom for what ever reason when trying to zoom in the feature was not available
