Complete garbage. Thrown in a dirty box. Missing propellers. Geek squad certified refurbished is embarrassing.

This was a decent refurbished drone. Everything worked and looked brand new.

Incredible fast drone. Very responsive, the goggles are crystal clear and a great add on

Finally arrived in good condition. Drone works well in like new condition. No issues but it took 3 different attempts. The first 2 units were in bad shape.

Low price led me to give this a shot despite the bad reviews. Returned the first one due to a hardware issue. Now waiting for my second. Worth the hassle. imo.

To big with to short flight time. I had to charge frequently.

Roll the dice on this purchase. Was very glad I did! Drone arrived in perfect condition. Did not even look like it was flown. One problem I did have is the drone would not arm. Probably why it did not look like it was ever flown. After researching the problem, the battery was bad. Contacted DJI support, DJI sent me a new one for free. I feel this was an excellent purchase.

So far so good! Love the Drone. Easy to fly with so many options

FANTASTIC, What a Great buy. Everything came in a large box with each item wrapped in bubble wrap. Actually looked new or or was barely used. The battery only had 8 cycles on it, I would highly recommend a refurbished DJI FPV to anyone, it flies great after a quick charge. This is my 2nd DJI FPV drone and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Left light not working even if the product is refurnish everything should work 100%

I will say I was a little sketched by multiple negative reviews on this particular drone. I'm very pleased with everything from the ordering online, fast shipping, the DJI FPV drone and the DJI go fly app like someone said before me, pretty much felt like a gamble. Without a doubt I would order a refurbished.drone again from best buy.

I bought a refurbished unit and it came in the original box with all accessories. The power cord for the goggles was defective but I was able to get one for about $15. It was worth it to save almost $450 over a brand new one. Everything works fantastic and it's a blast to fly

Would not recommend buting use the drone came with no atamans, 3 propellers and no joy stick nobs,

Came with a broke remote and I had to wait a whole month to get another one

Have not had any issues with the drone system. Product did not come in original box but was well packaged and everything worked! No visible scratches or imperfections. The Refurb is a great deal and do not regret it.

DJI FPV Drone is a great Drone all around. But, for this purchase whoever did the refurbish needs to get a little more training on how to properly fix and repair them. As this drone was in a fatal crash due to the flight arm not being on correctly

Missing Googles battery, chargers are missing and the battery for drone is not working after buying I need to spend 250 to 300$ for missing parts. Returned and ordered new one for 100$ discount

This came like new and works amazing. I had hesitation with some of the other reviews but this was mint and works amazing multiple flights later !

Returned. Box arrived dirty and torn. For BB refurbished, I have bought many products this way, it was poor. I thought I got a great deal until I received it. Missing parts and looked very used. This will make me think twice about BB refurbished items. I’ll only buy in store after I inspect.
