Beat up with bad battery

Drone shown use with minor wear. All accessories were complete. However the main smart battery was defective with 2 middle led error, and would not power up. Cant believe geeksquad would miss this during their refurbish process.

Disappointed by geek squad quality control

I tried to take it out of hibernation mode, tried another POV charger my friend has, and the battery was just defective. Also, two of the props were broken. Geek Squad should have tested everything before giving it a approval of certified.

Missing parts

Customer support says you can go to local best buy to get missing parts or return it and they ship a replacement but no guarantee you'll get all the parts with the replacement.

Went into the store today for a simple battery swap and was denied service. DO NOT USE ONLINE OR PHONE SERVICE WITH BEST BUY. THEY OUTSOURCE TO PEOPLE WHO DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AS A FIRST LANGUAGE.
