    I received a dirty, torn box with missing parts, and the total tech warranty does not cover it.

    Received FJI FPV, Goggles V2, 3 Batteries and the charger combo. The batteries only had 3-5 cycles on them which is amazing. Once i paired everything it flew absolutely perfect, a few scruffs and scrapes on the drone but i swear the mask and remote were new.

    I already own the Mavic 2 Pro, but have been wanting to pick up the DJI FPV for some faster flying and more of a true FPV experience. Grabbed this refurbished for half the price of new and if it I didn't know it was a refurb (and if the box didn't have a "Refurbished" sticker on it), I swear I never would have known. This this looks brand new and comes with all cables and accessories. Very pleased with this purchase, and would definitely not hesitate to go the refurb route if I'm ever in the market for another DJI drone.

    Loved this drone. The view with the goggles are anazing. Only issue I gas was the battery life was way to short after about 15 minutes in the air its time to land

    Everything looked brand new. Battery was dead and couldn't be charged. Bought the fly more batteries in store. Switched out the battery with one of those. Then I return the fly more batteries as deffective.

    I was skeptical about buying a refurbished drone after seeing such bad reviews but decided to take my chances and buy it, and now I'm glad that i did, it's been a few hours since I picked it up from best buy. I was shocked to see it sealed, like the box was factory sealed, i don't know if it's a refurbished one but everything in it looks all sealed and new. I flew it 3 times and everything seems to work for now.
