Everything it’s okay, fine and good, and the price is good

I absolutely love this drone, I go out and fly it all the time and the camera is great quality. The battery lasts about 15 minutes flying full speed in sport mode and about 30 minutes in cinematic mode. It is built tough and the fly mode bundle is very useful for easy charging and battery changes

So irritating to wait for the item to arrive for it to be missing the connecters for the controller and the propeller BEING BROKEN, the geek squad certification is a JOKE. DON’T BUY IT!!

Refurbished drone was broken. Gimble broken and cheaply glued back together. One batter corroded and another wouldn't charge at all. I don't believe Geek Squad checked this unit out at all.

I figured I'd save a few dollars and get "certified refurbished ". The first one they sent me was missing the propellers so they sent me another. It has a bad battery. I gave up and bought a brand new one. Got a mini Pro 3 instead.

Received everything stated minus one battery! The drone itself came with no propellers installed, they were in a separate ziplock bag. All items are in pretty much new condition, there was a fingerprint stain on the lens but other than that everything was essentially brand new. Came in original packaging but box was in rough shape. Everything was packed nicely inside travel case. After speaking with Best Buy they gave me a credit for the missing battery which was nice of them. So honestly I’m not that upset that I’m missing one. Better than returning and trying my luck with a different order. All in all for 400 you can’t beat this deal. It seems the “geek squad certified” is a gamble according to other reviews but up to you if you want to take that on.

Seeing how bad reviews were on refurbished drones, I hesitated on buying it.... But I'm glad I DID buy it because everything came with the product and it flew perfectly, no problems at all. I put in about 25 flights already on it and went out over 3000 feet away in a busy suburb and it just flew perfectly. Love the bag it comes with, easy to bring along with you on hikes and mountain biking. It's been pretty windy lately with 30mph gust and it's lighter makes it powerless against it. If you watched/read reviews on it then you already know it's capability. My review is more about the best buy/refurbished deal, which was great. Ordered it as a pickup at my best buy outlet. Charged it up while driving back home and flew it within an hour of buying it.

Just received my DJI Mini 2 package and was pleasantly surprised that not only did I receive everything in the package but it all worked great! I read reviews of people saying parts were defective or they couldn't register their drone. I had no problems whatsoever! And wow...this drone is soooo cool! I had a Parrot AR 2.0 and there's no comparison! The controls, the ease of using the app...made it so I was up and running right away! This drone is so much more powerful than my AR2.0.. I'm having so much fun learning all the features and am anxious to become proficient with the camera...beautiful video's and photos!

Flies with ease, good video and battery life with decent range.

The drone had the propellers removed, they were in a separate bag. The propeller holder was not included. The drone looks like it's relatively unused. Some of the stickers are still on. It also flies well. But for some reason, the status indicator light on the bottom was colored in with black marker. One of the batteries was fully drained. So far, the drone seems fine. I don't think the issues are bad enough for me to return the item. I hope I won't regret it. But I definitely would not trust refurbished items from Best Buy in the future.

As the title says, I was missing some items, but got other extra items instead. As for the missing items, it was missing the propellers, the mini screwdriver and quick charge wall charger. Instead, I received a 3 way charger instead of a 2 way, along with 4 batteries. Luckily I had extra propellers or it wouldnt have been able to fly. Cant complain about the extra batteries though.

A lot better than expected quality. Holds really well in 15 miles/hour wind and takes excellent videos and pictures. Easy to carry everywhere I went and had enough power in the three batteries to capture a really lengthy video.

Refurbished mini 2 looks great works well. Did have issue with 2 batteries not charging Best Buy was no help with that bought 2 new batteries off Amazon.
