Pretty disappointed. The controller would lose connection with the drone even when it's right in front of me and 2 of the 3 batteries were dead and wouldn't charge at all. I don't really know why they consider these refurbished because they didn't even check the batteries that come with it or bother to put the propellers on. That didn't come in the bag either like my other mini 2. If you want to roll the dice and save a little then this is a good deal, but be prepared to ship it back if there is anything wrong because they wouldn't even replace just the batteries. They had me return the whole thing, wait 20 days for a refund and then reorder again and take my chances once more. Now I remember why I stopped shopping here.

I like it. Takes good pictures and is fun to use. I use it on trips and at home.

This is a great product but buying it refurbished is taking a chance. I had (1) bad battery and it was bound to the previous owners account. The only way to have it transferred is to know the previous owner and have them remove it from their account. "Fat Chance". I recommend buying the DJI drones, but not the refurbished one from The Geek Squad.

This drone is amazing for the price, it flys very high and flys very far, camera quality is great at night as well. Plus the auto home feature is awesome click one button sit back and the drone comes to you and lands on its own. If you are looking at this drone and are hesitant, don’t be it’s worth it.

No issues and it is great for the price. It has a. long range and the videos look good.

Very stable awesome picture quality but one dead battery right out the box will be contacting best buy. DJI is not willing to fix the battery because I got it from best buy.

Drone is good, but it was missing parts, holders and propellers

I had a cheap drone from another brand and was kinda disappointed in the experience, thought id tey this drone from DJI and i was not disappointed, its been a great buy, everything came in its original box, most if the items were still in factory packaging and the drone flies great

This drone is incredible. I bought refurbished because I figured I would've crashed it by now! Not the case it. It is super smart and levels properly. It can take off and land by itself and return. The controls are intuitive. The return home button helps so much because sometimes you fly the drone so far away that it isn't visible anymore. I've flown it in 15mph winds with no issues. Taking it on vacation to record a surfing trip. Definitely considering buying another more advanced DJI Mini 3 for the tracking feature. Had a little issue attaching the blades incorrectly and it was smart enough to not take off... Watched a youtube video and fixed the issue. The instructions are terrible, (maybe I didn't get the full version being a refurb) but watch some videos anyway, you will better understand how to fly. There is a tutorial with the drone and that is so helpful. This is better than a toy and no crashes. :)
