    Very good, drone itself looks good but was missing one battery. I ask bestbuy if they can just add a battery from the shelf but said no… so I returned it.

    Refurbished? Maybe. Mine looked brand new. First drone I have ever owned. Easy to fly. It will let you take pictures and videos right to your phone. Everything was included. Not sure if it's supposed to, but mine came with 4 batteries.

    So the drone looks new...it flys fine...but like others have stated...got a bad battery. 2 are good. 1 doesnt charge and just flashes all 4 LEDs when plugged into charger. Certified refurbished? Really? :(
