Works great just like a new one. I should have got a refurbished one first vs new.

Works perfect and would never know it was not brand new (refurbished). Easy and fun to fly and takes great video that gets compliments and views I could not get otherwise hiking, camping, kayaking.

Unboxing this for the first time, the drone prompted an error code related to hardware/power failure. DJI support indicated that this is a permanent failure that would need to be repaired by DJI. It has taken over an hour of phone calls, plus another half hour of chatting with Best Buy support to determine that we are unable to get a replacement in time for a work trip. I'll never buy a Geek Squad Certified product again -- and will probably cancel my Total Tech membership.

I like DJI mini2 but I have returned it and got DJImini 3 pro.

Arrived in like new condition. Very good refurb. Works brilliantly.

Came with detective batteries. Best buy said to bring back the kit, order a new one, and hope that it comes with working batteries. What a joke...

Geek squad did a wonderful job refurbishing this drone, like new if you ask me

Had the item shipped to the store. Picked it up, and opened when we go home. The camera mounts were all broken. Camera was barely hanging on. Control sticks were also missing. Returned item to the store same day. Staff was super nice about returning the item. Unfortunately there were no replacements available locally, and shipping another would take a least a week. Check your “certified refurb” immediately after purchase, especially if in-store, so you don’t have to waste time driving back for a return. Do better, Best Buy.

Good until the controller didn’t want to hold and another was not able to get one to exchange it with in time before the warranty expired so I was stuck with a broken controller and the drone or a refund other then that good drone overall

I teally like it because it has very much what i need.

One battery didn't charge and drone wouldn't fly cause Power System Hardware code 30210 came up after 5 mins of flight time

Great product and excellent design and easy to flying

First unit would not take off, only wanted to flip over. So i returned and got a replacement. This one was missing the charger, batteries and joystick knobs along with any paperwork or manual. so i just returned it and gave up.

I purchased a new one last year, worked great until I crashed it into a lake. I decided to purchased a refurbished one. But it arrived broke, did not work. Not sure if they dont properly test them before. But did work, so buy new if you can.

Poor quality not geek certified . Had send back for error . Hey open box instead
