Controller was DOA and Best Buy wouldn't do anything. It was also missing the strap to hold the rotors back as well. I would not recommend.

I got an error code when I went to fly the drone for the first time and was not able to get past it. Had to return the drone ended up being a huge waste of time.

To be completely honest I was expecting something faulty when it comes to buying something used. I got the drone and everything looks really great, expect for 1 battery, that i have heard, but it was worth the $200 off, for just 1 faulty battery, overall the drone is great for the price and it flys well for something that is basically used and was sent back for a reason, really good drone but 1 faulty battery, and it was honestly worth it, for the $200 off.

In the end, the experience was good. The first drone I got worked perfectly, and the remote control worked perfect. However, it only came with two batteries, and one was dead! The exchange of the entire kit, at my local Best Buy went very smoothly, and another Mini 2 kit was sent. The replacement kit was excellent! It was missing the charging block, and a charger was included for the Mavic. I wasn’t willing to risk another exchange just for a charging block that I have laying around. The correct charger was also included. The equipment, other than the initial dead battery was all in excellent condition. As a matter fact, I’m not sure if it was even used! If you were going to order this product, you may have to do an exchange, but Best Buy will eventually make it right!

I would rate 5 stars BUT the item’s picture shows it comes with 3 batteries and I only got 1 that lasts for about 15 minutes. I went back to the store where I picked it up to ask for the other 2. batteries and they told me they didn’t have any but since I make the order online I should call and ask them for a solution or a price adjustment but they totally denied any kind of credit or send me the two batteries missing. So picture is misleading but the refurbished product works very well with the only inconvenient of having a short time of flight till I recharge the battery again.

I bought this refurb and certified by geek squad. The first time the motor was malfunctioned, the second replacement it was cracked, the third two batteries were overcharged, thw fourth replacment was missing charging cables. Horrible recertification. very disappointed

The DJI Mini 2 is a great drone. Best Buys ability to get one to you is another story. It took three times to finally get a complete package. Not sure I'd do it again.

This was a refurbished product. It was purchased for a gift, with an assumption that it would come packaged "like new" from DJI through Best Buy - with a refurb "quality control" - however, the box was heavily damaged, dirty, and had different labels and stickers all over it (business stickers). It was so unprofessional and really ruined the nice and expensive gift that it was. I was highly disappointed and had to spend quite a lengthy time to carefully remove all the crap on the outside of the box, had to clean the box with rubbing alcohol, and had to repack everything neatly inside as it literally looked like someone had returned it after playing kickball down the street! It was too late to return/exchange for something in better shape. Thankfully, the batteries, drone, and controller are all working well. This is not my first DJI - and I was very disappointed in the presentation. For almost $1000, I expected WAY more from both DJI and Best Buy. I would recommend the drone, buyer beware of getting something in a refurb state!

Drone works great . Two of the three batteries were bad which i had to replace at my expense. Also drone is bound to the previous owner and their is no way to remedy that. In closing after i had to buy two batteries i could have bought a new mini 2 for the combined cost

I like this item because it has very good bundle and its not expensive is very good choise

HAD BIG HOPES BUT ENDED UP WITH TRASH BATTERYS AND DAMAGED BLADES

It came with no wires and was missing a propeller. The other propellers was chipped up. It looked like it was flown through the trees and took several hard landings into a gravel road. There is no way anyone looked at this unit let alone refurbished it. I expected more from a Geek Squad certified refurbished unit.

I didn’t get the all staff. My drone was missing a propeller, a screw, the league to protect the propellers and the camera protection.
