The old PS5 finally died, so we needed a replacement. We couldn't afford a new console, so we opted for refurbished. Couldn't have made a better decision. The purchasing and payment options allowed us to get the console when we needed it.

Made the purchase online and when received it was missing the headset that was stated in product description. I chatted online with Bestbuy and they said take it to the store no problem they will get one for you. When i arrived at the store 1 hour away they said they couldn’t help me. They told me in the store that it was an online purchase and they could not get a headset, that I would have to call the 1-888 number, even through they had already told me to go to store. I called the numbwr from the store and again they could not help me. Basically told me it was a refurbished items and most of the time they dont come with all the parts even though they list them. I explained isn’t that false advertising??? They said nit really but they dont check the refurbished items very well. I was told my only option was to return this one and hope the next refurbished one had all the parts. Horrible customer service in the store and on the phone.
