    Even though the earphones are refurbished, they work great!! Got them for my daughter who loves to listen to music and she uses them all the time! Battery life is longer that I had anticipated.

    Worked great (sound quality was outstanding) for the first 2 months. After that, when tuning these on or off, had to push and hold the on/off button several times before it would actually turn on/off. Another week went be and had to push this button a good 20 times to get it to turn on/off. Now, this week...I haven't been able to get it to turn on.

    Look great, I had the first gens that I liked but wore out the ear loupes so I upgraded to the newer version and they do sound better and louder.

    Was a bit skeptical about about purchasing refurbished headphones but after reading positive reviews and the low price I was like "why NOT" LOL best decision ever! Headphones came packaged like new and delivery was fast . Have been using these bad boys to the gym and no problems whatsoever! Thank you best buy for standing behind your product and geek squad! Oh yeah there is a beats app on your play store download it and it gives you a diagnostic on your headphones super cool!
