A: Yes! They work. You can answer phone calls. Clear on the other end as well according to my wife.

A: To me they seemed like an open box item. No visible wear and they had all the packaging in tact. Sealed headphone adapters as well.

Q: Just received them, charged fully and will not turn on. Has anyone had this problem?
A: No. Are you holding down the button until the white light comes on? Does the white light come on? If it does, set your mobile device to scan for the headphones. If the light doesnt come on, it might just be the light if your device detects the headset. If none of this happens, contact Best Buy to return.
A: New (non refurbished) version is almost 3 times as much. They are great headphones.
Q: Does apple honor the 1 year warranty starting the day of purchase on these refurbished Powerbeats?
A: This is not an apple product. Any warranty would need to come from Beats.
