I had to bring back the computer after the first fix was incomplete.

I like that Best Buy is not giving bonuses on sale. The people seem to work better with each other. Everyone seems to like teaching and using their skills to help.

It's difficult to purchase this service because you want to believe that nothing will go wrong......but stuff happens. I am quite thankful that I have this service.

I had a run of viruses that attacked my computer and there were popups everywhere. I called the Geek Squad, got info and signed up. My problems have been eliminated!

It took a long time to complete but now the computer is working fine.

I thought I had an issue with my memory stick. They ran a diagnostics and it was fine just a few viruses needed removing from my laptop. I appreciate their honesty

This is a service you rarely need but great to have when you need it.

love know that if I need to I can contact someone any time of the day for help. also love that if i accidentally spill something on it or drop it, i am covered.

We bought the "whole enchilada" for tech support. It took 3 trips for computer to finally be fixed. We were also given different info on what was covered each time we went to pick up "fixed" computer, and had to endure very heavy sales pushing to buy things that were supposedly part of the original package; not taken care of... Each time it was, "No, that is not something we do. You must buy..." Each time after waiting for the appointment, having the rep go back and forth with tech repair, waving numerous pages of papers (that we weren't allowed to see) we would ultimately get, "Ooops. Sorry. The tech guy didn't read the entire work order."

I bought my 3 kids laptops for Christmas and bought this- it was a great value as it covers all 3 laptops and saved me a bunch of time setting up all 3 laptops.

Liked the in store support, loved the live on line support, 2 different sessions, both ~3 hours, the agents stayed on until they fixed the problems, outstanding.
