Geek Squad helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable. Will be using a lot .

I didn't use the subscription for this laptop purchase, but i have used the Geek squad in the past for other laptops. The issue was only a temporary fixed, but at the time it would have been handy to have the membership on the product to save myself some money

I purchased this product for peace of mind and for the fact that it covers three different computers. It is good to know that coverage is there if you need it.

work done was----- ok fixed probem. took a day longer than planned.

I think the geek squad tech support is a MUST for anyone buying new tech because you never know what could go wrong and they will be there to help you fix it!

I am an older technology challenged MacBook Pro user. I really think having someone to call when a problem arises is great insurance or I could say reassurance.

They provide a nice safety net of support for users when things go wrong. It gets frustrating to try to sort it out yourself and Geek Squad will figure it out!

Am thankful for the Geek Squad, and so is my daughter, as we purchased a laptop for her with the same Geek Squad protection. Peace of mind is worth the purchase.

Most agents are very knowledgeable, some better than others. They are very polite and do all they can to help you

It is very good to have. They are very nice and helped me when ever had a problem. I did not have to go to them either they helped me right through the phone.

They completely resolved the problems I had with the computer and explained what they did and what the problem was.

The Geek Squad agents I have spoken with have been more than just courteous. They have never talked down to me and have always been patient with my questions.
