this is a very good service, I had a major problem with my laptop & there service took care of the problem & was very professional, when you purchase the service its good for a year & its good towards 3 products not just one, that's a big plus & will bring me back

This service was great. Every person I dealt with each time I needed service on different computers was polite, took time to explain things and make good recommendations. They kept me informed as to the status during my repairs. Each person seemed very informed also.

I had few years old laptop that had the new fbi virus; was slow and wireless wasn't working. They fixed all of them. All i had to do buy cds from dell which they installed and so far the laptop is working great. And yeah they installed the awesome kaspersky anti virus.

Between personal help and thousands of videos to help gain intimacy with my product I feel that I'm limited only by time. Any question I have is answerable and that's true for up to 3 systems.

Truly believe that you can never have enough Tech Support & that exactly what the Geek Squad is there for!! This is definetly a must have!! Something not working right....call the Geek squad. The fact that they can handle most problems through the computer without physically being there is amazing!!! Foolish not to buy this service!!

This senior is taking a giant leap to get up to date after using one computer for 8 years. Windows 8 is challenging, but learnable. Love the big screen that I can almost read without glasses.

The first person I spoke to acted like he thought I was stupid. It was extremely insulting. The tech however was very nice and easy to work with. But even he could not fix my computer problem.

I bought GEEK Squad and because, i spent so much on this service- i thought i can just walk right in and get help! Not true, i had to wait 45 minutes to be helped! Other than that get insured!

I had to use their services within 2 months of purchasing a new HP notebook. So far so good. Just waiting for my computer to be repaired at this point. Hopefully, it won't take a full 30 days.

For a novice computer person the Geek Squad agent worked with me and got everything working like it should. The agent did his job very professionally and didn't get upset when I wasn't understanding some of the instructions he was giving me so that he could connect to my computer remotely. Very patient person working with an old goat.

It took several attempts, but the technical support area was successfully able to determine the issue with the Kaspersky product that I had installed. They were able to determine that the wrong code number was entered when the product was installed to my PC. They were able to resolve this remotely, saving me a trip back to Best Buy.

the crew wiped the hard drive and reloaded software post antiviral and windows malfunction. so far, so good. I could have done this myself had I had the time to do so. Very fast turn around.

overall, very good service! My laptop acquired a major virus necessitating multi calls/trips to Geek Squad. Their team was very helpful, courteous, quick to respond. They're very accessible.

My pc experienced a deadly ransom virus about a month ago, and with no hesitation I took it to the Geek Squad. With the purchase of Tech Support I was able to get my pc fixed at a low rate, and if anything ever goes wrong again I can take it back at no charge! I would recommend this product/service to anyone with a laptop or desktop.

It took them several days longer than they told me it would be. They also installed an antivirus program and did not deactivate the free trial of Norton. They don't play well with each other.

I have never ended up using my warranty, and you probably won't either unless you have little ones running around or need to move frequently I probably wouldn't buy this again

So I bought my first Mac. I have 2 other working laptops in my house that can print without any issue, but I cannot get the Mac to print to it. After about an hour online with the Geek Squad, they decide a home visit is needed because they think the issue is somewhere in the internet, router and modem combination. Sounds more like a way to charge me more money to me. Remind you, it works fine with other computers... Not happy about that.

This service is relatively (one month) new. Therefore it is a bit early to tell what future concerns may be. But if the rest of the year is as good as the start...I will be very satisfied!

When the new hard drive was installed they did not re-install Norton Anti Virus - had to make another trip to the store and was told I might have to purchase the Norton Anti Virus even though my subscription was not to expire for several months. I then showed them an email that I had saved from Norton showing the expiration date and then the were able to install.. I fell the the $199.00 package should include parts such as the hard drive.
