I would recommend the geek squad to everyone who doesn't have a friend or family member that is computer savy...they are there 24/7 and very knowledgeable. If they can't fix it over the internet, you can always bring it into Best Buy and get the same great service.

I really like doing business with best buy and the geek squad. They are amazing people and I look forward to doing business with they again for when I buy my new laptop and home all-in-one.

I found this production helpful, especially since I was a first time mac user. I had so manyvissues switching from the windows is to iOS that geek squad tacos were yardstick my voice and could identify me by that alone. They were so helpful and knowledgeable of all the topics I required assistance with.

Having geek squad help anytime is great when the occasion occurs. It is always safe to have because you never know when you might need it and it is better to have it than not and need it.

I mistakenly thought the Geek Squad could make repairs when they were at least minor replacement type problems, but found out after-the-fact that they only do software updates, clean-up type work, etc. That is a super thing for anyone who is not in the least bit technically savvy, but for those who can install, uninstall, and generally find their way around a software program on their own, it would be an unnecessary purchase. I would recommend this to beginners and people unsure of installing or doing regular computer maintenance on their own.

Microsoft quit working and it took 3 different techs in order to figure out the problem. A high school student uses this for virtual school and it was important to get it back immediately.

I worked with Geek Squad and found out they did not do a great job with my notebook the first time it was sent out, but they did redeem themselves by getting it correct the second time.

This plan covers additional PCs. I bought a new laptop and got my old one which had a crashed hdd fixed for the cost of the drive. In addition you get a free laptop battery replacement.

My experience with tech support agent was very good. Although my problem was not resolved. The agent was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Very professional and knowledgeable.

No matter who we talk to when dealing with the Geek Squad, they are all very willing to help solve any problem we may have with any of our Best Buy products. Whether it be in person at the store, over the phone or a house call to work on a problem they are professional, very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly.

When I purchased a new Gateway laptop I commented to the salesman that I was replacing a computer that I thought was just worn out. He advised me to talk to the 'geek squad' about it before I gave up on it. They were so helpful and were able to check it out, fix it, and I had it back within a week at no charge! A great team.

I have used tech support a few times and have always been pleased with the service as well as the outcome. I haven't used this service in a while so I don't remember why I took in old products. But I do know that I only buy my electronics from Best Buy now and I ALWAYS get the Geek Squad tech support/service/protection plans.

The Geek Squad Tech Support is an essential tool and value team. They help me keep up and maintaining my home electronics working to peek performance. I'm glad Best Buy has came up with such great idea. The team knowledge and proficiency is the best. I strongly recommend others to take advantage of such a great tech support.

My Geek Squad tech, Martin was absolutely fantastic, caring, professional, knowledgeable, honestly cared about my me and my problem. Worked on my computer while I was out of town. communicated with numerous times by initiating calls to my cell. The guy is simple incredible, outstanding job. GIVE HIM A RAISE, HE DESERVES IT

I buy Geek Squad protection on everything I buy are BestBuy for one reason... It saves me money! I am hard on technology because use it n extreme environments (hurricanes, earthquakes, Stewardesses dropping drinks, etc.). BestBuy protection replaces what breaks, no arguments, no questions, no hassles, just done! PRICELESS

Have not owned long enough to use all the support service but received good info when I called Tech support on a question I had. Do plan to bring in another computer to have serviced.

I needed to have my computer fixed, went to Best Buy as they were recommended to be affordable and good, and they were quick and did the job exceedingly well. What more could I want.

Got a virus, had numerous IT people at work go into coding and still could not get rid of it. Brought it to Geek Squad and was treated professionally and friendly. They were very professional and I was kept abreast of the status of my computer and hard drive documents. Even though the 1-year support in $200, its well worth it.

We installed Windows 8 on our new all-in-one computer. We also had a data conversion done. The techs were able to assist me in locating information on the new system that was difficult to find due to the conversion. Very helpful and great results. Thanks!
