I have only used services once, but their knowledge was well worth the money spent. Had my lap top for one week short of the year warranty. Keyboard, power source and hard drive had to be replaced and the Geek squad handled everything including sending it off to Dell for necessary repairs. Great service.

I was hesitant to buy the support but glad I did in the end. I have some older computers that I am not ready to give up on and this program should help extend their lives.

I love having this coverage, i use it for whatever computer messes up. The only issue I have is the lack of timely service when I bring my product into my local BB store. The geek squad people are very knowledgeable, but they are always back logged. Other than that, I will continue to keep this coverage.

I really am pleased with the experience I have had so far! However, I do believe it is a little expensive and should be better discounted for long term plans. I love how it is available 24/7 and that they can remote access your computer so you don't have to bring it in the store! For a mom, that is a plus!

overall good. they help fix any problem, and they're pretty quick, but some times, when I use chat, it will take the person who's helping me sometime or while to answer.

Geek squad is a must have. The technicians thoroughly explained the functions of my laptop, set up my antivirus and answered all my questions. They get an A+ in my book.

Geek squad is a great company. I purchased microsoft office and had trouble installing it. I contacted microsoft and they tried to tell me that I had a virus on my computer. They also wanted to charge me $300 to fix it. Good thing I purchased the added plan from geek squad, because there was no virus.

Value of my first call paid not only for the plan but so much more. Geek Squad Reps are a delight to work with.

got my mac back to speed after hard drive failed. Trouble getting backup installed afterward and wish they would have done it at drive replacement. I am not tech savy.

I could not download Kaspersky and the Agent did it for me on two computers at the same time. I was so pleased.

I still have the repeated disconnect/reconnect problem when on PokerStars.com This is the only time such occurs. I wanted help and did't get it. Not happy with that geek.

Being able to bring in the laptop for anything and knowing the repairs are already covered is nice. The Geeks are professional and don't just use a menu card to diagnose your issues, they listened to me and understood that I knew what I was talking about. They don't treat you like you are a luddite.

Worth every penny just for getting an old XP machine to fully connect to the new Windows 7 machines. I could never have done it on my own. The ability to work on my computer from their office is very convenient and allows timely assistance.

it was nice to be able to call them with a problem or question. I didnt like being transferred to 3 different people because you had to explain the problem every time.

When I had problems with my laptop the geek squad was very helpful explaining the problems I was having and they repaired it in a timely manor. The agent made sure that I did not leave until I understood everything he explained to me.

Being easily confused when something goes wrong with my computer or a program, I thought it wise to have a support system in place. Using Geek Squad I have gotten my money's worth and more. I have renewed it again for peace of mind. I have already recommended it to friends.

Overall I am very pleased with the service and product. I particularly like being able to bring 3 computers in, since my husband's laptop is now experiencing problems.

Love that this covers 3 computers. Good price. Takes care of set-up, repairs and virus removal and so much more. Especially nice if you don't know a whole lot about computers. Convenient to access service online, in store or by phone.

The Geek Squad is a god send to person like me who is very technically challenged. They are very courteous and extremely helpful. We all know how frustrating it can be when your computer starts acting up. Knowing that help is just a phone call away takes care of a lot of unnecessary frustration.

Haven't used it yet except for the first day in store, but that was a pleasant experience! There's also the peace of mind knowing that I have help whenever I need it.
