Love the Geek Squad. Always pleasant and helpful. Just wish that Best Buy would have included some hands on training at the store for the new Windows 8.

I am quite impressed with the service provided by the Geek Squad. Not only were they thorough, but they communicated with me during the time they were servicing my laptop. Knowing I have one year to bring up to 3 computers in for one flat rate of $199 is quite reassuring.

The Geek Squad have been very knowledgable and helpful with helping me keep my computer virus-free and running efficiently. They are always very pleasant and courteous. They don't make me feel like I am an idiot because I know very little about the workings of a computer.

Have had all of my questions/problems solved; usually on the first call. Only one time was the tech unable to solve my problem, resulting in my making a second call for the same problem. Helped me with my set up, connecting my e-mail server and my printer. Worth every penny!

If you've ever needed your computer repaired then you'll surely appreciate the Geek Squad. From my experience, their knowledge is right on, their work is thorough and professional, and their timeliness is something that other repair shops should aspire to. Money well spent.

Would never purchase this service again. Agent at time of pick-up couldn't help me because he stated he needed training on Windows 8 himself. My data transfer wasn't completed when I left the store. Used 800 number and was on hold for 25 minutes before someone could help me. Had to go back to the store with my computer and had a good agent that time. The GeekSquad doesn't care what type service you received. They don't respond to any kind of survey responses.

System restore wouldn't bring back my computer - which was spitting out multiple blue screens of death. Geek Squad made me think of Lazarus! Computer is back and going strong. No problems. And the fact that 3 computers are covered by my package only makes the deal sweeter.

For my very 1st call after getting this service, it took over 1 hour of hold time before I actually spoke to a Geek Squad representative then after talking to him and explaining everything, I then had to be transferred over to a "level up" representative to further troubleshoot and help me correct my PC issues. In total, it took almost 2 hours for my phone call.

This is a great deal for the coverage of 3 PCs. I am happy that I have considered purchasing the Geek Squad service. Not only that I have saved $100 because I purchased a new PC but was able to service my other 2 PCs. The other 1 has virus and the other needs maintenance.

Get more Agents (using that title makes the Geek Squad seem to be from the CIA or FBI) and train them to be able to answer questions about Windows 8.

Agent helped me with my question but didn't give any solutions other than to purchase Microsoft 365 for $100. He said that was the only solution.

Bought the protection plan when I bought my new computer. This allows you to protect up to 3 computers. I have already my older pc that I bought from best buy and had them remove viruses and spyware. Old computer runs like it was brand new again. Great customer service.

Geeks were very helpful, very friendly yet professional. If npt for the price, would have given 5 stars.

I have found that Geek Squad has helped me a lot. They fixed my computer which was attacked by about 100 viruses and now my computer works great!

Geek squad provided solutions to solve my laptop problems. They were efficient at loading my new laptop with necessary updates and software upgrades. Purchasing the Geek Squad services is a choice you should make without doubt or hesitation.

I usually do not purchase these kind of protection plans, but I thought for a laptop to be used by a new college student, I would take a chance.

Good warranty easy to use. The geek squats are very knowledgeable on the products. Others should spend the extra money to invest in the product

The Geek Squad does good work but it took them over 3 weeks to fix my computer! It may take awhile but in the end your computer will work better!

I've had to bring computers in for service in the past. The worst part of the process is leaving your computer for one to two weeks while it's being fixed. Other than that, the Geek Squad is knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. I always purchase Geek Squad protection.
