I took my dead iMac and after several price increases, I finally got my Mac back, now the speaker jack don't work and the fan is super loud now. I'm actually afraid to take it back again, for fear I may be without for another week and maybe have other problems I didn't have before.

Good 24/7 support however I have not had a need to use the support. Hopefully the product is worth the price which was reasonable

I am so glad I decided to buy Geek Squad Support with my new Dell Computer with Windows 8. The staff is courteous, assisted with set up and installing software and guided me through the Windows 8 applications. They made me feel like a valued customer.

this product really helps your system and truly is great at making the product you load this on safe and easily protects from unwanted harm which now a days is hard to get away from but this product does this with ease and is great for any product.

The fact that Geek Squad is all over is very helpful. I have used them in the past and fortunately have not needed them with this laptop yet. It's nice to know that the help will be there when needed. This was free with the purchase of my laptop.

the thought that they are there for you all the time is awesome i have not had to use it quite yet but it will be nice when i do..

I have had great experience with agents coming to my home. They are very knowledgable. I have had a problem with a job not being completed as requested before pickup from store, which necessated down time for me and a home visit from geek squad.

I have been SO pleased with the geek squad and their prompt service. They are always there when I need them, even when I'm at our other home! I'm very happy that I bought the geek squad package!

I bought this and they set everything up for me, even added my email address for me. I was showed how to use it but when I got home I didn't know how to connect to internet. I called and they were there to walk me through it and very nice about it.

I need help-and they are there!I would never be able to fix the problems I have with computers,and they do it all remotely-not having to bring my computer in to get fixed is the best part!

Knowledgeable techs who are articulate and results-oriented are a real bonus. Under promise and over delivery were a pleasant surprise in a culture where customer service is not always practiced. Techs attitude and performance were outstanding.

I will never get a new computer without Tech Support. No matter what you think you may know about computers and I have an engineering degree there is always something that its just easier to ask then to be driven crazy about. This is a great buy!

I had to call to get my iPad set up. The agent was very considerate and spent almost an hour helping me. The Geek Squad has also been very helpful with my many questions. The best part is they don't make fun of me for not knowing technology stuff.

Very helpful when computer has troubles and that I can bring it in anytime my computer has problems and you will take care of it.

Fortunately, I've only had to utilize the Geek Squad a couple times over the last couple years, but they've been very knowledgable and helpful every time. Much appreciated!!...especially in this day and age of so many things that can go wrong.

I have heard a lot of negative things about Geek Squad. I hope if I ever have to use them they will prove all these things wrong.

service was thorough, friendly people I dealt with were very nice, professional and seemed to care that their service was complete and precise. only negative thing I had was length of time told 3 to 4 days and took twice that time, also being told could check on status on line doesn't help when lap top is in for service. on line site never worked anytime I tried to check had to call number to get any information
