Have been very pleased with my shopping experience with Best Buy, I will highly recommend this store to my friend and family!

Any assistance fixing technological problems is priceless, at least for me. I would not have the faintest clue as to how to fix one of my devices. I also like that I could go directly to the store and deal with a geek squad agent one on one.

They are almost always willing to look at the computer to try and figure out what's going on with it before taking it (and keeping it for days and days). My questions are adequately answered, and repairs to my computer are completed quickly.

I have used the geek squad for others products as well, and have never had an issue. They are well trained and very friendly,

unfortunately I didn't know you had to have an appointment when I needed their services. other than that everything went well.

This is the best value and service for computer support. I have priced around and there is no other service even close for support. I have had exceptional service for each issue that has been resolved. The computers and laptops run like new.

Happy to have the support from the Geek Squad but the wait time to speak to a rep is lengthy both on the phone and in-store.

Would recommend getting a tech support with every device, I have used it time and time again with each device purchased with.

You still end up paying a good amount of money to get anything fixed whether it's an iPhone or a macbook

Bought the protection in case we had any problems. One thing that is nice is you can bring in up to 3 devices in to get checked out if you have problems. They can set up your device for you. Calling when you have a question was also a plus.

The protection is just to expensive in my mind, but I don't know much about computers, so I always get it.

The Geek Squad did everything they promised. They explained each step. The repairs were completed and it is running smoother.

Havent actually used my geek squad membership yet, but have used the geek squad on several times and had excellent support. Also, the price I paid for the membership is very reasonable.

i like greek squad very much because its really chip and repaire computers, but some of agent they are so mean, they dont want to help just tell me some one will help you shorty and just keep talking to another employee and not helping me.

I have had Geek Squad support in the past and was happy with their services. I would consider purchasing this product again.

I have used the Geek Squad numerous times in the month I've had the Tech Support and often they have taken remote control of my screen to solve my problem. However, I was upset to find when my email was improved I lost my entire address book!

This is worth investing in. It will help to maintain the proper running of the computer, plus you can put two other devices under this warranty. Can't go wrong. Really put this to use.

They took what i thought was a lost cause (as I had downloaded a NASTY virus) and got my computer working again. they had to wipe it out buut reloaded the inner workings and now I an able to take care of my business again. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I have used the geek squad for many solutions. mostly i need help with new software and they have been helpful and polite.

I think this is s great deal. Can use it to clean up two computers you already own. The virus protection that comes with it can be used on the new computer and two others. Taking that into account, it makes the service really inexpensive!
