I am glad that I will get support for all of my computers and iPad and the Suad will make sure all is in good working order.

I wanted an expert to come out and hook up my home theatre to my new smart tv and help hook it up to wifi. they said it would cost 150.00 after just paying 200.00 for the service. they made an appointment and didn't keep it . when I called they had no record of the appointment .less than I expected in almost every way.

I wish I would have gotten this tech support from the very beginning. One purchase and all my fears about viruses, computer crashes, etc. was taken care of. Very knowledgeable staff.

The geek squad was helpful diagnosing what the problem was, it just took a really long time for them to finish. Overall I'm very happy with the service we received, we'll see how they do on the other computers they're working on for us.

I am not computer savvy and the techs are very patient and good teachers.

Removed viruses from 2 computers in a timely manner. Was not without my computers for more than a day. Squad is friendly, knowledgeable. Installed my new virus protection also on both computers. Have already recommended them to friends.

I've always been happy with the speed and expertise each time a computer gets infected but this service does not come cheap.

The Geek Squad was very instrumental in initiating the start of my new laptop computer. The people were very knowledgeable and patient in setting-up my computer. I would recommend the Geek Squad for all those who are not computer experts.

The Best Buy associates were very informative and considerate. They had me make an appointment and were on time. I would recommend them to anyone that need computer help. I had 38 viruses and they fixed them without losing my programs.

I have called the geek squad and they have helped me every time. I brought my laptop in and they sat with me to fix the issue. I appreciate how knowledgable and friendly they are. It does not matter if the customer is tech savvy or not.

Bought a replacement PC and Tech Suppoert package. They quickly repaired my old one with no service charge and now I have two. Very friendly and knowledgable Techs. They really spend the time to explain the problems and repairs to you.

Haven't used the online version of this service yet. The in store reps. were polite but I had to wait a long time in line.

My laptop was just a bit over a year old when it became demented. The Geek Squad found 22 viruses and cured its dementia.
