Good customer service and value for the money. Used for replacing the battery on my PC and it was breeze.

I felt I needed this to secure my system in case I did something wrong. I feel it is worth the investment.

They were friendly, made appointment, was early they saw me. they helped me with my problem pretty much.

I had a technician at my house to connect up my wireless internet service. He was professional, courteous knew what he was doing. He explained the cost which was reasonable, In store service was also excellent.

Not impressed with service so far. They missed a major problem with my directories file. Luckily they caught it when I picked up the computer. It saved me another trip to the store to say it still wasn't working properly. Hopefully when I pick it up this time, all will be working properly.

I am a sucker for this added on protection. I like the convienience of having support a phone call away.

I have 2 older laptops that they updated and loaded my new desk top under the one plan. I like that they service 3 items under one contract. I have used them in store as well as on line and they excelled both ways.

The technicians have been very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient. The technicians do an excellent job talking on my level. They don't take for granted that I know something just because they know it.

so glad I decided to go with this geek squad. they saved all my info off my hard drive. this saved hours of replacing music etc. and thy did it at no charge(: installed webroot and haven't had any problems since.

I always get the Geek Squad because I know if I have a problem that they are way more likely to fix it than me. It gives me piece of mind. I have bought all my computers at Best Buy because of the Geek Squad.

I love Geek Squad. I often damage my computer or get a virus or malware. I love the security of knowing that I can just take my computer in and get it fixed for free. The people at Geek Squad are very helpful.

I had a software issue with my new computer right out of the box. Geek Squad was able to fix it online that day. I was happy I didn't have to take it back to the store. I regret not purchasing the 3-year plan!

I tried to fix a computer virus by going on-line. I tried numerous different solutions but nothing worked. I finally gave in and took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad - and they of course had it fixed within a day.

the people that I worked on my computer were friendly, answered my questions. and was very informative.

This is very simple and easy to use. As well as its very helpful when you need help with new technology.

Well worth it just in case you do need it. Have only used once and the two gentlemen I talked with were very helpful. One phone call and transferred to one online chat. Will probably use their expertise again.

Make sure you have a lot of time on your hands when you contact them. It takes considerable time for all the diagnostics, their work, waiting for replies, getting clarification, etc. But they really do try hard. I wouldn't recommend unless you have no one else to help you with issues.

I haven't had a problem yet. Thank god Actually I would recommend best buy and their products to others.
